Love the location and the yummy brekkys as you look out over the beautiful shimmering ocean. The lagoon pool is the best and the bed is very comfy. Loved sitting out on the balcony and relaxing with my book.

Disappointed and underwhelmed

As a return guest I was excited to get back here, but that quickly changed. After being greeted by unhelpful front desk staff to being taken to an unclean, dated room. Also don’t think the pool and surrounding gardens had been cleaned/ maintained for a while. Then the construction noise began and didn’t stop, to which it was explained that it was low season maintenance so fewer guests, Well, the price certainly didn’t reflect that. Palm cove is beautiful but find somewhere else to stay.

Stayed here for 7 nights for our 30th wedding anniversary. Lovely place but understaffed. Had to wait till after 3:30 for our room to be ready when checkin was at 2pm. One of the pools was being renovated but the pool with the swim up cocktail bar was great! Be careful with your Accor card discount - only applies to La Messa - even though there are other restaurants in the same place - the 25% discount isn’t able to be used at the other places - a bit misleading. But a very nice place - very relaxed environment with out the hustle and bustle of Cairns or Port Douglas.

Very tired style hotel. We had a penthouse spa room that was very disappointing. It was small with an outside spa bath that was straight out of the 80”s with very little privacy to the rest of the resort as the louvre blinds were broken. Not very relaxing and have stayed in better places at half the cost. 😒

Bed was the only comfortable thing in the whole resort. Friendliness was no existent. The giving of your room number every time you wanted to swap a towel, like really. No room service. No information in the rooms about the area.

I want to express my sincere apologies for the experience on your recent stay and that we were unable to meet your expectations. It is disappointing to read you felt our staff service was not as friendly as it could have been. I will continue to coach our team on this. Due to the strata layout of the property we do not manage every room within the complex as some are privately managed meaning the team do have to ask for room numbers before giving out linen as it is a big cost to any accommodation business. I have implemented new brochures on our welcome packs which will provide much more information as you have suggested. We are waiting for printing on these and should be available end of November.
