Room was dirty, very dated and bed was uncomfortable. Even though there is on site parking and it’s within walking distance of the beach and restaurants on the main street of Coolangatta we would not stay there again.

First time staying here. Good location eg Mall, Cafes etc. Linked by walk bridge to Services Club next door. Big RSL with LOTS of poker machines . Food in cafe was pretty average. They do shows but never went ! Checked us in to a "Care Assist" room. Great if that is what you need but they never gave us the choice ie Bathroom etc was designed that way. No bath or shower cubicle. Ask to move and Manager very helpful. We were in Tower 2 so quite a walk to Reception though our lifts went straight to our section of underground carpark. Suggest if booking ask about Room and which tower they are offering. Can easily walk to sea front etc. Otherwise apartment was just fine. Could see some beach in the distance- and the neighbours as well ..... Enjoy

Terrible Apartment

We have stayed at Mantra Twin Towns for well over 20 years mostly booking a one bedroom apartment. Recently we stayed for about two weeks arriving first 13 July where we stayed in 1246 which was wonderful,then left 17 July for two days in Brisbane arriving back at Twin Towns 20 July until 26 July staying in a one bedroom apartment 835. This is a smaller apartment with little bench space for meal preping, yes the view was great but the room was terrible. The sofa was very uncomfortable and the chairs required a pillow to sit on, the carpet badly worn and needed a good clearn in the corners. I admit the complex was fully booked however our stay was booked many months ago and this would be the worst room in the complex. My husband and I are very elderly and found the room extremly uncomforable for six nights. Someone from Twin Towns should stay in the room, to experince the discomfort we had.

Pour le prix cela valait le coup c vrai que l'hôtel est en plein travaux mais dans l'ensemble ct très bien, on s'y perdrait tellement il est grand, nôtre studio est bien avec vue sur la mer et très propre, toutes les commodités y sont fournis.

Avec la surface de l'hôtel , il est surprenant de constater l'exiguïté de certaines prestations et leur manque d'entretien , sinon de leur manque de propreté : je peux parler de l'espace fitness , mal entretenu et relégué dans un volume peu adapté .le hamam attenant est minable et peu engageant . Pendant cette saison , il est indispensable d'avoir des lieux d'activité de remplacement à cause de la météo . Il est vrai que les salles de jeux attenantes a l'hôtel sont luxueuses et immenses ..mais il faut aimer jouer . Je pense qu'il y a mieux à coollangatta que mantra Twins Town ....
