Stayed 3 nights in September were double charged First when we arrived and again when we departed They acknowledged that we paid twice we also had our bank verify we but we are still waiting for our refund According to their reviews we are not the only ones recently. Keep fobbing us off with the same excuse. All we want is our money they were happy to take it. Please if you stayed recently check your bank statements

The location was great to explore the surrounding towns. Check in was easy - room was clean. We stayed in room4106 which was a one bedroom with lounge and kitchen. As we were on the ground level we looked over the gardens (which were lovely) but also the BBQ area. The issue was that there was a spotlight overlooking the BBQ which shined directly into our room. It was still on at midnight and I rang reception multiple times and the duty manager said he was sorry but there was nothing he could do. Not the best night sleep.

I recently spent five nights at Mantra Salt and found it to be a comfortable and convenient base. Check-in was very quick and efficient, and the room layout was open and airy. The wide selection of Foxtel channels was also a winner! There were a couple of areas that could be improved. The bed was not particularly comfortable, and the shower pressure was quite weak. That said, the positives certainly outweighed the negatives. The location is excellent, with plenty of dining options nearby, and the free secure parking was a real advantage.

I have already submitted my complaint, and this has not even been acknowledged!! Incorrect bed configuration and then told to make my own bed if someone bought up the sheets! Did not bother to try and move me to another room. A young man who looked about 16 came and made my bed and photo is attached. This happened about 2 hours after I checked in. I have also attached a photo of a dirty cleaning rag that had been left on my bathroom sink. I asked reception the next morning if I could possibly have a stool bought to my room as I needed it to have my makeup and hair done for a wedding and the receptionist looked at me as if I had asked for her first born child!!! She just looked at me blankly and said no that would not be possible. I ended up borrowing one from a friend's room which was way over the side of the resort, and I had to carry it. I walked past 3 staff, and no offer was given to take it to my room. I will NEVER stay at this resort again and I know my company I work for have stayed there on numerous occasions. I will be suggesting that they no longer stay there after this awful experience.

The room smelt musty and was dated with a lack of basic maintenance eg) door handle on cupboard falling off, flickering light in main bedroom. The mattress had no partner isolation so we kept waking each other up. We’d paid extra for our teenage daughter - but the sofa bed hadn’t been made up despite assurances from reception it had been. Even when it was, there was no blanket nor pillow. We weren’t provided extra towels for her and had to ask. The milk in the fridge was 3 months out of date and looked like it was about to explode - it was lucky we noticed before opening it. The rest of the hotel is tired. Exercise bike in the gym can’t be pedalled standing, only seated. The cafe blinds downstairs near the pool are falling apart. The carpets in hallways obviously get vacuumed very infrequently. And no there was no late check out option. So in summary - overpriced and disappointing due to a lack of care.
