Dear 5champs, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're very sorry to hear that your recent stay did not meet expectations. In regard to the power issue in your apartment, I’d like to clarify that our team did everything within our ability to assist you. When the power points began tripping on Sunday evening, we attempted to troubleshoot the issue and even contacted an electrician for advice despite the late hour. However, we understand you advised our team not to return to the room. It was indeed a difficult situation, particularly as it occurred outside of standard hours, and we do hope you can appreciate that while our team are not licensed electricians, we tried our best to resolve the matter promptly. We also understand how frustrating it must have been not being able to use the kitchen properly, especially with young and elderly family members in tow. This was certainly not the experience we hoped for you. Regarding the room condition, we’re disappointed to hear you felt it was not up to standard. We do encourage all guests to reach out to us during their stay if anything is not quite right—we would have gladly looked into the possibility of moving you to another apartment if we had known you were unhappy. We truly value your loyalty as an Accor member and regret that this experience has led you to question your membership. While we're pleased to hear you found our team helpful and appreciated the location, we're sorry to learn that your experience with the room did not meet your expectations. It’s important to note that all of our Studio Rooms are located at the rear of the property and span from the ground floor up to level 2. They are a more compact style of accommodation, which may not suit everyone—particularly those looking for more privacy or a higher-floor outlook. For future visits, we’d highly recommend booking one of our self-contained apartments instead. These are located higher up the building and offer stunning ocean views, larger living areas, and greater overall comfort—ideal for longer stays or guests seeking a more premium experience.
