Recently stayed at Mantra Trilogy for three nights for work. Check in was friendly and quick. I was booked in a one bedroom apartment which did not include servicing during my stay (not a problem for myself). Bed was on the firmer side but still comfortable. Plenty of space in the rest of the apartment and the entire property was well presented. The hotel is close to plenty of places to eat along the esplanade. Although parking was included we had difficulty finding a park that wasn’t marked for permanent residents or other tenants of the building. For our first night we had to park out on the street as there were no free vehicle spaces. Overall happy with my stay and would recommend the property.

Excellent hotel in a great central cairns location. Reception staff were all attentive and very polite and fast to answer any questions and umbrellas were supplied to help us conquer the never ending rain. Parking was safe. Again, shower in the apartment I had is not suitable for elderly or mobility impaired. Apartment itself was wonderful and clean and smelled fresh. Bead was large and comfortable. I would stay again at this mantra

It’s a slightly unusual set up of different towers of apartments and hotel rooms served by a common reception. We had quite a long walk from reception to the elevator to our room. The room was large but quite tired and the bed was very large and comfy. We had a small balcony overlooking Aplin Street and out to the harbour and Coral Sea. There are no restaurant or bars in the hotel and you are directed to The Villa Romana restaurant nearby. We didn’t use the pool but it looked modern and inviting. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

We just enjoyed a weekend in cairns staying here. We checked in Thursday afternoon and we discovered the lights in our room and bsthroom were not working (but lamp and tv were working). We called reception and they resolved the situation by giving us the option to move to another room (upgrade) as an apology for the inconveience. Thank you for promptly rectifying our situation (lovely asst mgr i think her name was citra?). The upgraded room was great - had everything we needed and a massive comfy bed for my mum and I. Staff were so helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Location is handy to everything. Would stay here again.

Mantra Trilogy is our hotel of choice in Cairns. I recently had an unexpected 2.5 week stay after my mother was recovering at Cairns Base Hospital over Christmas and New Year. The team at Trilogy went above and beyond to make sure I was ok From numerous extensions to my reservations with no problem or having to change rooms to the front office team checking on me daily to make sure I was ok. They even organised a lovely present for my mum when she was eventually discharged from hospital. It’s the little things that make a difference to your stay. The hotel is in a great central location in Cairns, walking distance to all the sights in town.
