결제 방식을 변경하려고 하는데 직원의 업무 지식이 부족한 것 같음. 옆에 직원이 변경이 가능하다고 하니 그제서야 처리해주려 하는데 본인이 잘 할줄 모르니 계속 한숨을 쉬는 등 본인이 무지한 것에 대해 고객을 오히려 불편하게 함.
