No room service after four nights and the wifi is complete rubbish somewhere from 2012. I don’t understand why a “decent hotel” would have such poor guest services. My experience with cairns and this hotel is that they don’t care about returning business. I stay for work so therefore have no choice but if you have choice there must be better options.

What a stunning hotel and location. Unfortunate I was only there for one night but I got upgraded to the one bedroom apartment as an Accor member. Such a beautiful view and great facilities. I would absolutely suggest for solo, couples or families as the location was right near the heart of Cairns

Excellent stay and customer service, from the call I received the day before arriving and then I received an unexpected upgrade on arrival, obviously subject to availability. well cared for, but it was only 1 night unfortunately this time!

I was upgraded to a one bedroom apartment with a view of the water, which I loved! This hotel is in a great spot and I think is one of the best in Cairns. Very clean and quiet with efficient check in. The rooms are very up to date and the pool is lovely.

Mantra is my hotel of choice in Cairns, the staff is very friendly and the rooms are nice, with stunning views to the see. Rooms are always clean and looked after, the hotel is a little older but that does not bother me. I'm gold status with ALL which this hotel recognise well in regular room upgrades and a welcoming drink. The hotel is in a nice central location in Cairns, walking distance to all the sights in town.
