I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed our pool area and found our breakfast satisfactory. However, I regret to learn about the confusion during your check-in and check-out processes, as well as the noise from your room's air conditioning unit. I understand that the communication regarding your breakfast inclusion was not clear, and I sincerely apologize for this oversight.
