This was Our first experience of staying at the Mantra Hervey Bay and we certainly hope to return one day. Our Room (625) was extremely well equipped and had a lovely view over the Marina. There are restaurants next door and also the HB Boat Club - all of which we used whilst there. We did not use the pool although it did look inviting! This stay at Hervey Bay was a rest stop for us after a couple of weeks on the road and it certainly did not disappoint. Manager, D'orne, took time out to discuss questions I had regarding our ALL membership. Both Amber and Madison were wonderfully helpful, very professional and efficient. What an enjoyable group.

Was there for 3 nights room never cleaned, no coffee available had to leave the facility, front of house staff very friendly and willing

It was a handy location but we had to cut it short as my husband got sick

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am pleased to hear that you found our location convenient and your stay comfortable overall. However, I would like to sincerely apologize for the noise disturbances you experienced at 2:00 AM. We want all our guests to have a restful night, and it is disappointing to hear that door slamming and loud conversations disrupted your sleep. Please know that our team is available around the clock to address such issues immediately when they arise. Most importantly, we were very sorry to hear that your husband became unwell during your stay, forcing you to cut your trip short. We truly hope he is feeling much better now. From first impressions the whole hotel is very tired. I could see why the staff wasn’t very motivated by their surroundings. If I had my choice I would not have stayed here.
