We sincerely apologize for the numerous issues you encountered during your stay, and we regret that your experience did not meet the high standards we strive to maintain. We understand the inconvenience caused by the false fire evacuations and the lack of basic room facilities, including the missing soap dispenser, toilet paper, and the absence of amenities like a room safe and complimentary water.
