We booked this through Accor App. We got to the Hotel at 4pm for 2pm checkin time, there was a queue for Accor members so I stood there. The staff member asked me in a not so friendly tone if I was priority member and made me move to the desk where she was serving. We had booked ocean view suite and it was spacious. Upon checking in we realised that there were no dental kits. The other amenities were very minimal. I couldn’t believe that such a big hotel with conference room had no kitchen and you had to walk in the rain to another hotel for getting a breakfast. Overall it didn’t feel like staying in a suit, it was more of a motel treatment then a resort one. There was no mention during the booking about the noise from maintenance at Salt bar which woke me up in the morning. Imagine waking up to the drilling noise.
