We were there for a family vacation. The reception staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The room was cleaned and was serviced daily. Loved getting clean towel and having our beds made daily. Well located. We would stay there again. Truly a 5 star experience.

Ambience at Mantra On Russell Melbourne is dated, with minimal decor and shades of grey. Beyond this however, the high floors offer a good lookout over the city, and for the affordability, is an area we can overlook in favour of the value for money. Rooms at Mantra On Russell Melbourne are spacious and comfortable. We stayed at the 1-bedroom Studio Apartment, which has a comfortable bed, spacious working desk, and basic kitchenette for quick meals. The in-room wi-fi is fast and stable, while the bathroom is decently stocked with fresh amenities. Food at Mantra On Russell Melbourne is served at the Home Kitchen And Bar, quality of dishes was well-executed and delicious. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, and it's worthwhile to make advance bookings. They also offer complimentary still and sparkling water outside the conference rooms, which is a plus. Service at Mantra On Russell Melbourne is friendly and accommodating. Staff were polite and very helpful in ensuring guests requests were fulfilled. Housekeeping is hardworking and efficient, cleaning up spaces thoroughly. The facilities and activities at Mantra On Russell Melbourne are adequate. The gymnasium is small but well-equipped, while the indoor heated pool was welcoming. There's a small sauna on-site, and massage parlours just adjacent. Meetings rooms are decently equipped. The best thing about Mantra On Russell Melbourne is their convenient location, within walking distance to a variety of shopping, entertainment, and dining options.

Very average standard hotel that is in desperate need of a full renovation. Bathrooms and showers very poor. Room size is generous but things like blackout curtains in the bedroom do not close so expect sunlight at dawn which is not good when you have come in on a late flight

Clean friendly and well located near Chinatown and the theatres. Great well appointed rooms that make for a great stay. Well equiped kitchen is very handy and plenty of space to stretch out. We have stayed here a couple of times and would highly recommend this place.

Melbourne weekend trip for 2024 AFL GF. Booked Mantra using Accor Plus membership and scored a great room rate. Also secured discount using points. Room was on 18th floor with a balcony. Situated right alongside China town. One block from theatre. Short tram ride (x2 stops) to Melbourne mall. Room was huge. Ideal size for families. Room and premises clean and tidy. Bed firm but slept well. Little in-room kitchen and bathroom roomy including bathtub. Staff super friendly. Recommend.
