The hotel is in a great location and our room was very nice. The staff were some of the best we have encountered. Just a couple of issues. The dryer in our room wasn't operational. We didn't have the best sleep because it was cold and the only way to keep warm overnight was to have the air conditioning going all night, which isn't conducive to a good nights sleep. Could you just provide warmer bedding? I was attending a conference, held at the hotel, and it was a very good place to hold a conference. Nice room, very nice catering and really, really good staff - so thank you!
