Staff were very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean, great view (26th floor) and very quiet. I stayed for 1 week and would recommend to anyone. Would stay again.

Great stay and very Well Located to Darling Harbour and City shops

My husband and I spent four nights at Mantra on Kent. We were very impressed with the size of the room, the comfortable beds and was very quiet at night. We had an early check in, friendly service at reception and easy check out. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast at the hotel and had so many choices including a hot breakfast and delicious scrambled eggs and lovely cappuccino.

Misleading or deceptive conduct

I booked, and paid, for a king size bed. The studio apartment 1904 has a queen sized bed. If you advertise a product or service, accept payment for that product or service, and then substitute a lesser product or service, then I consider that to be misleading or deceptive conduct. It is against the law for businesses to make false claims or misleading representations about their goods or services. This means businesses are not allowed to make statements that are incorrect or likely to create a false impression. Selling a room described as containing a king sized bed creates the impression that the bed will be king sized. Providing a queen sized bed means that you have made a statement which is incorrect.
