Dear BrentTK, Thank you once again for taking the time to share your feedback. We're pleased to hear you found the hotel clean, well maintained, and appreciated the spaciousness of your room. Regarding housekeeping, your reservation was made under a rate plan that includes weekly service only. However, I do apologise if this was not clearly communicated upon your arrival. We’re currently reinforcing this with our team to ensure all guests are well informed at check-in. In relation to breakfast, I’m sorry to hear it did not quite meet your expectations. While we’re glad the offering was plentiful, your comments regarding the quality have been noted and will be shared with our team as we continue to enhance the overall experience. For future reference, our restaurant’s opening days and hours are included in the pre-arrival message and also available online, but we understand how important clear communication is and appreciate your feedback.
