Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re really glad to hear you enjoyed our location right at the heart of Chinatown – it’s definitely one of our favourite things about being here too! That said, we're truly sorry the timing of our renovation impacted your experience, especially since you were looking forward to enjoying the rooftop pub views – we completely understand how disappointing that must have been. We always aim to notify guests ahead of time about any major changes, so we’re looking into how we can improve that communication moving forward. We’d love the chance to welcome you back once the renovations are fully complete – with full access to all the spaces (and views!) you were hoping for.
