Dear Therese, Thank you for your feedback, We were disheartened to learn about the series of inconveniences you faced during your stay, particularly the disturbances from the nearby construction activities. Our intention is always to provide a tranquil and comfortable environment for our guests, and we regret that we fell short of this during your visit. Our team is the heart of Novotel Melbourne on Collins and strives to provide exceptional service to our guests. We are sorry to hear about the issues you faced during your stay regarding the condition of our hotel and room functionality. We understand how relocating rooms can be inconvenient and we apologise for the discomfort this caused. While our last renovations were completed in 2012, we acknowledge that certain aspects of our establishment may benefit from refurbishment. Moreover, we regret that the experience did not align with the high standards we aim to uphold.
