The staff were amazing, but the experience was let down by the hotel facilities. 10/10 for location, but.... One out of the three lifts was working during the very busy check in period, which meant a wait of 15/20 mins just to get to our room. The air-conditioning in the room didn't work in that we couldn't reduce the setting from a balmy 24.5°C. We cooked throughout our one night stay. The room was clean and spacious but a little dated. We probably won't be back - so many nice hotels to choose from in the CBD.

Good service, old room.

Very dated room. Service was good, staff were friendly and breakfast selection was average. But the room, oh my. You wouldn't think at this location it would be this old. Set your expectation low, you won't be disappointed. It's giving US hotel in the early 90s if you can imagine. All furniture definitely saw the 90s era. Having said that, everything was clean and the staff, again, are very nice. Will I come back? unfortunately, no.

We recently spent 3 nights at the Novotel on Collins in Melbourne. The hotel is centrally placed with easy access to several tram lines. The staff are all very helpful and professional. The buffet breakfast offers many tasty choices. It's a nice place to stay.

Sadly, it was a very quick visit to this classy hotel in the centre of the city with only one night stay. Street frontage with reception on the 3rd floor. Nice welcome and a lovely lobby area. Check-in was rapid and friendly. Nice room and very quiet. I was here for business and the desk lighting was excellent with a large desk area to work on. Could not be any more convenient in terms of location and a very comfortable environment.

A 4.5 star Accors Hotel situated in the heart of CBD Melbourne. Kids stay for free. Fab theatres, art, restaurants & cafes close by, as well as boutique shops. Very clean, spacious rooms. Lovely indoor heated pool. Good service. Happy staff
