My wife and I had a few functions to attend in Cairns City on the Saturday night so decided to fork out on a staycation in town to make things easier. Staff greeted us with smiles and were really fantastic. Room wasn't quite ready but they allowed us to park the car (free of charge) while we kicked things off. The hotel and rooms definitely aren't five star, but it was clean and had everything we needed. We even managed to score a free upgrade to an Esplanade view. A real bonus. Value for money, we would definitely stay here again.

no hot water in the spa who wants a cold spa

The staff were very friendly and helpful. we booked till Sunday 5-5-24. But as we get a bit forgetful at our age we booked our flight back to Perth on the 4-5-24. When I rang up the office in Cairns Mantra on the Esplanade, I was told that no refund or credit available. As you can check out our record with our Stay with Mantra , you can see that we are reliable customers. Give it a thought with us to give us a day credit as we will use the Mantra again in about November Regards Brett H.
