Mantra Airlie accommodated our large group booking. Mia Archibald, Rooms Division Manager was very professional, highly communicative and very efficient in arranging/following up our accommodation. The only minor downfall was the lack of rubbish bin liners in the rooms. Otherwise the rooms were very clean and the staff were very helpful. Thank you

We had a group booking and the booking process was made seamless with thanks to the Rooms Division Manager. It was a very busy time at the resort due to Christmas parties but the staff handled this well although more bar staff would have taken the stress off the few staff working for "happy hour". The food menu has changed since our last stay and I was disappointed there was no longer a "lunch" menu with wraps and burgers etc. Was a little pricey too. Also disappointed in the beer options. Overall was an enjoyable stay.

staff were majority friendly, had a few who seemed a bit grumpy and made it feel like an inconvenience too be serving us in the restaurant, room was neat and tidy, although the shower/bathroom didn’t drain great due too drain placement so the bathroom floor was wet for majority of our 5 day stay which made for an unpleasant feeling, room not getting serviced especially for a longer stay was a little frustrating at times
