We had a very good stay at Mantra Club Croc. Although it’s a bit of a distance from Airlie Beach, there’s a bus stop right in front of the resort, which makes it very convenient. The service was great and the room was very clean. Very happy to recommend it!

Bed bugs in bed cushions possibly bed and mold in bathroom . Only find out you dont get room servixe on arrival or cleaning and its just a room with a mini fridge. Aircon and fan were great staff were friendly. But left with a rash and even when i told them they werent willing to fix room immeditaly if someone else was booked into room. Food wasnt great either.

On our arrival we had to give assistance to a semi unconscious person in the carpark garden turned out he was drunk but we later noticed him back in the bar ordering more drinks. We had booked a superior room which was not superior by any means the bed was hard and uncomfortable the room smelt like something was dead in the aircon, fan didn’t work, pool was also in need of maintenance with tiles missing etc The room was not very soundproof we were woken every morning at 3am by the security guards in the carpark talking and on the last night my wife just about fell off the second floor balcony when she leaned on it to talk to me coming in from the carpark as the handrail screws had fallen out of the rotten post. Staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with and the food was ok it’s just the rundown building that nearly killed us thanks
