I visit My children every school holidays and this time,by far ,staying at the Mantra has been the best experience of all of them, I really like my room and I would have rated the hotel extremely satisfied with the 10, All of the staff Australian professional and very polite and helpful I was really appreciative of accommodating my children for breakfast and allowing them to come up to my room as well. The location was fantastic and very handy, I thought the idea of skipping housekeeping was a fantastic idea for your guests and for our planet. Because I liked your staff so much I tipped it to them on checkout :) thanx for everything ! Why I didn't rate it a 10 even tho it has been the best hotel I've stayed in launceston. I really believe in feedback, and it would be remiss of me to not point out where I think there could be improvement My heater was not enough to heat my room and I could feel the cold coming thru the balcony window. I was slightly disappointed with the size of breakfast, the taste was fantastic, for $30 I expected to be full but stopped at McDonald's afterwards, Overall extremely satisfied with staying at the Mantra and as soon as I know what dates I will have next holidays in 12 weeks, I am booking again with the Mantra. Just one night this time at late notice because of flight cancellation so was very grateful for clean comfy space with caring respectful staff in all areas

Great welcome by concierge. Very comfortable room . Very handy location for the hospital across the road. However one let down was the shower hot water was nowhere near hot so the shower experience was sub standard. Also request for room service (change of bath towels and emptying bin etc was not done .
