I recently stayed at the Mantra Resort with a group of girlfriends, and we had the best time! From the moment we arrived, the experience was smooth and welcoming. A special shoutout to Ashleigh at reception — she was absolutely fantastic! So friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. The resort itself was perfect for our group getaway, and everything from the rooms to the facilities exceeded our expectations. We’ll definitely be back again!

We recently stayed at Mantra Nelson Bay for a family trip, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the marina, shops, and restaurants, but still peaceful enough to relax and unwind. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and well-equipped for our family's needs. The pool area was a big hit with the kids, and the BBQ facilities were great for casual family dinners. A special shoutout to Kellie and Ashleigh at reception—they were absolutely wonderful. Both were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always happy to assist with a smile. Whether it was tips on local spots or just making sure we had everything we needed, they made us feel right at home. Highly recommend Mantra Nelson Bay for families looking for a comfortable, convenient, and friendly place to stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Excellent hotel, quiet location, great pool, clean. Staff were friendly, good facilities, short walk into the town and restaurants. Travelled alone to cycle around the area, would be a good desitnation for couples and families. Easy check in process

Bad check in , we were not happy with the initial apartment as it was at the rear of Building A. The girl ( large black glasses) name tag missing, was abrupt and not welcoming. We ended up in the same building Room 2. View of cranes at the building site and the front gate. Air con was ineffective in 30+ temps , very old needed replacing . We had a 3 night stay, the day after arrival I used the washing machine, the lint filter was full of dark lint, its compartment was full of black mould. The balcony was also very dirty on floor tiles, glass panels and window sills. Very disappointing stay ! We will think twice about staying at Mantra and never again here!!!

Great place for couples and families.Pool great for all . Short walk to Cafes Woolworths Shops and Club.Staff helpful and welcoming. We recommend for everyone. This was not our first visit here , this time with all the family who loved it . Already booked our next stay Enjoy
