We are truly concerned and deeply sorry to read about the unacceptable condition of your rooms. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the poor cleanliness you encountered from the moment you checked in. This is completely unacceptable and falls far below our hygiene standards. We understand your disappointment and frustration, and we regret that even after being upgraded, you continued to experience significant issues with cleanliness. We are also very sorry to hear that your air conditioning was not functioning and that our team was unable to resolve this issue for you during your stay, leaving you uncomfortable. Offering an additional blanket was clearly an inadequate solution to a fundamental comfort requirement. We agree wholeheartedly that the cleanliness and health of our guests must be our number one priority, and it is clear that we failed in delivering this during your visit. The presence of mould, as you described, is indeed unacceptable and indicates serious underlying issues that are being resolved. Please be assured that we are taking your comments with the utmost seriousness. We have already initiated a comprehensive review and action plan with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to address these concerns.
