Stayed here for one night and wished it was for longer. The hotel is convenient to Newcastle town centre and the beach. The rooms are very clean and spacious, and the hotel has a secure underground car park, which is very handy. The staff are great , helpful, and very courteous. The breakfast buffet is delicious and definitely a must.

Excellent size room, helpful friendly staff but rooms are very run down. The lights above the beds didn’t work, PowerPoints near each bed don’t work. My child found a shirt under the bed from a previous guest. Room also had a musty smell which was unpleasant.

Nice beach location The one thing that really stood out and made my stay at this hotel amazing was the customer service. Sheree was very helpful and friendly. She directed me to locations just a short walk to the beach, cafes and restaurants. Rooms very big and comfortable with complementary coffee, tea and a mini fridge. Restaurant and gym located inside hotel. I did not eat at the hotel restaurant but did visit the many within walking distance of the hotel. On the second day the bubbly-friendly Sheree She signed me up for Accor and gave me a lovely drink thanks so much for all the effort it was greatly appreciated she is great for hotel. One reason I will come back to this hotel..

A near perfect stay right on the beach & staff fabulously attentive. Despite some concerns with air-conditioning in the room, staff were able to facilitate a room change. Caleb was a standout. Professional, courteous, accomodating and warm. An asset to the team.

The location of this Hotel is awesome as you can just walk to the beach. As for the Hotel it is somewhat dated however it was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking at the property was included although the website said they charged, so that was a bonus. We ordered room service one night as the weather was terrible to go out in and after waiting an hr we rang to enquire as to where it was. They apologised and said it would be another 20 mins. I think they forgot to make it. They did give us the cheaper of the two meals complimentary.
