Welcoming and friendly reception staff. Rooms were clean and good size. Minor wear and tear in places but otherwise very comfortable. Great housekeeping. Best thing is the location - light rail right on doorstep and Wynyard station a few metres away. Made it easy for travelling with our children!

Great location and amenities

Really good location, not far from Wynyard station for the airport train (4 mins) sand bridge street light rail was right outside. The room we were in gad a queen and a fold out sofa and three of us stayed there fairly comfortably. It had a kitchenette too and a washer/dryer so that was great. Woolworths is also right across the street. The only downside was looking out onto a brick wall and there was a night club downstairs on the Tuesday night which was SO loud until 3am. Otherwise though it was great and the staff were very friendly. The pool was also good enough for the kids and the spa was great when it was cold.
