Location is certainly a standout for this venue,Rooms and amenities are all clean , spacious well maintained and presented to please. A great hotel to stay in Brisbane. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely and a great view. This property is within walking distance to the CBD and the river ferry as well as river bank walks. A lot of cafes close by.

this hotel is situated in a good position right opposite southbank. the room was large as they upgraded us although we did not ask for it and they then charged us for the upgrade. not too happy about that. The bed was ok and I felt that the hotel is really only a three star but ok. The meal there is not much choice with Parking the car was $100 for 2 days expensive

This is our second stay at the Mantra and we loved it. The value for money is hard to beat, especially compared to some of the newer 5 star hotels close by, which we have stayed in. Our one bedroom city view apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, plus a fabulous view of the new casino, the river and the CBD. The proximity to dozens of restaurants, the city cat station & QPAC makes life very easy.

We stayed here for 3 nights in a twin Queen room on the fifth floor. Room was the quietest city hotel and most comfortable I have ever stayed at. Not much of a view from the Studio Twin room room but all of the parks and playgrounds are in Southbank to explore. Gallery of Modern Art (GOMA) is brilliant and State Library has free activities for 0-5 years on a Saturday. Our room had a fridge, microwave, toaster and jug and we really enjoyed a great dinner downstairs at Ovello Bar & Kitchen. Made use of the pool and spa. Consider pre-ordering online the $16 airtrain from airport to South Brisbane. Under 5 years are free on transport and a short walk down Grey Street. Ferries, buses trains are 50 cents apart from the Airport train.
