Booked this for a 4 day work trip, like the idea of having an apartment over a room, as it gives extra room to work, having a kitchen is a bonus, being able to eat in great, although plenty of options to eat near by, also supermarkets are a street away,

Room was spacious, man that greeted us was lovely. Didn't realise they don't offer breakfast as they part of Accor group. Would stay here again as the location was nice and close to most cafes and retail outlets.

I don't normally review stays at Accor properties as, on the whole, they are of the same high standard. This one stood out for one reason. The lady on the front desk- Naomi(sp?) was happy, smiling, friendly and extraordinarily helpful. Check-in was a breeze and every interaction I had with her was equally positive. The check-in can make or break a stay and this experience made my stay. Thank you Naomi!

Check in, is always a pleasurable experience, your greeted by Austin with a friendly smile and an energetic guide through paperwork.Staff are always happy to help and appear to actually enjoy their job. Mantra on Mary is perfectly located to the Queen st mall, cafes, bars and an array of international restaurants delivering delicious cuisines. Botanical garden markets every Sunday is only 2 blocks away and the Myer Shopping Centre is only 3 blocks away.

Great location. Easy walk to Queen street mall, Eagle street pier and South Bank. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, great view of city. Only problem was an offensive smell (?from waste shut) outside our door on way to lift. Was there all weekend, even after informing front desk staff a couple of times. I would still recommend staying here.

Our apartment 3902 was lovely, great views from our balcony and the 2nd room was good with just a desk in it we had our luggage and ironing board set up in it as our dressing room. Very central to shops and sites walking distance.
