The room was small, complimentary water would have been nice, restaurant/bar didn't look much. Had closed by 10 so couldn't use my complimentary drink however the view made up for it all as I was upgraded to a corner room.

We stayed at the Ibis Styles as only a 10min walk across the bridge to IPAC to see a concert. recognised at check in as an Accor member and received upgraded corner room with ceiling to floor views of the Brisbane River to Southbank. Drink vouchers and breakfast included as a Platinum member. Rooms are small but functional, views make up for the lack of space. The breakfast buffet quality was excellent and for an overnight stay would use the hotel again.

Ibis Styles, Elizabeth Street is my favourite accommodation in Brisbane. It's in a great location; public transport close by and easy pick-up by taxi at the door. The rooms are comfortable and always very clean. The staff are helpful and friendly.

This hotel has a service that I don’t even dare calling service. After we checked into our room today, we noticed that the safe was locked (That should be on the checklist for every room before letting guests move in). So we got someone to fix it, but he could not, so they gave us another room. Unfortunately the new room that we got was on top of the local downstairs Irish pub, despite being in the 14th floor, the music in the room was so loud that we could almost sing along with the songs. So I called the reception to change the room again. The duty manager Dolores as so rude saying that we are not allowed to change the room again after this since we already changed it once (due to the broken safe that was their problem) and she also said “you didn’t tell me that you want a quiet room”…. I mean “hello?!?!?” It’s the same if you need to specify in every restaurant that you want your food to be cooked and warm….

I stayed twice in a week - whilst the price varied considerably between the two stays on balance the overall cost fitted a reasonable price for the convenient location to city and rail stations. Breakfast buffet quality could be improved

This apartment was lovely, a great price point compared to others that were a lot more expensive and the room was really nice, central to a lot of things. The Buffet was also great. We had a lovely river view.

Asked for an upgrade when completing online check-in (we booked a city view) and were pleasantly surprised to open the door to river views from the 15th floor. Only issue was with the "smart" tv which was resolved quickly and efficiently. Will stay here again for sure!

What a convenient place to stay in the city! I had an early morning appointment so did not get a chance to check out all the facilities, but the service I received at reception on arrival was exceptional. A perfect gentlemen, very helpful and considerate. Highly recommend staying here. It was exceptional value.

Is a great hotel with nice modern rooms, very smooth check in and check out and just love the cafeteria style restaurant. centrally located in Brisbane CBD and just across Victoria bridge from Southbank, so what's not to like.

For the price, this is a great hotel. Nice restaurant and breakfast. Great view from the 19th floor. Rooms were modern, clean and tidy. Would stay there again for sure. Need to fill up the minimum length review.

I have stayed in your property many a times. This time was slightly disappointing as we had to change rooms due to a water issue and secondly the next room , TV did not work. Nothing was done about the problem

We were in a room on level 24 on the riverside so great views and the hotel is right in the city with parking next door in the Myer centre. So convenient . Also service for the front desk and cafe was friendly.

We always stay at the Ibis. It is so close to everything -the mall, restaurants, casino, river and transport. The river view is perfect, the beds are very comfy. We always have a great meal in the restaurant and nice breakfast.

Excellent services provided by the staff at the reception and at the restaurant. Outstanding location close to Queen street, South Bank, train and bus stations and many restaurants. Modern rooms with a nice river view.
