I’m genuinely sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations and that you encountered several issues during your visit. We truly appreciate your feedback regarding the room maintenance and amenities, and I’m disappointed to learn that the repairs you requested were not attended to. Please accept my sincere apologies for this oversight. Our team is addressing the issues you’ve highlighted, including the Wi-Fi connectivity and the concerns with the Bluetooth speaker and lamp, to ensure that future guests don’t face similar challenges. It’s also concerning to hear that some of our staff were not as welcoming as they should have been, and I will personally address this matter with the team to ensure better service moving forward.
