Glamorous reception with mediocre reception skills. No bar except a limited evening bar on top floor. Rarely busy. Breakfast was good and friendly but overstaffed. This can’t really be classed as five star. We were upgraded as Accor members to a room with dirty windows, dated furnishings, including a chair which had been shredded by a cat or a possum! You had to get out of bed to turn the light off since there were no bedside switches or bedside lamps! Five star? I don’t think so!

Shabby . 3 star place . Don’t ge hooked by the online pics

It advertises as a 5 star hotel. For UK people it is a Prenier Inn with a small swimming pool and better breakfast. Our room advertised as having bathrobes , slippers etc . None of them in the room . Surprisingly there was no bed side lighting on room 565 . We are silver Accor members and we should receive complimentary bottled water . Of course it wasn’t there The windows were filthy. The whole room shabby and out of date . It is to be avoided . This place is not cared for , apart from reception and is obviously badly managed

I’ve been staying at the Pullman Hotel for a week now, with another week to go, and this experience has been nothing but a headache. I’ve been dealing with problem after problem, with little to no help from the hotel staff. On my first night, I was kept awake by loud drilling noises outside my room. When I called the front desk, hoping for a solution, they couldn’t offer anything to address the noise. Eventually, they “resolved” it by downgrading me to a smaller room on a lower floor—not ideal, but I accepted it just to get some rest. Then the air conditioning in this new room didn’t work, leaving the room unbearably hot. I called reception multiple times over the next two days to get some help, but I kept getting told that maintenance would come “soon” or that there were no other rooms available. I had to call repeatedly each day just to get the basics addressed. The situation became so uncomfortable that only after I was completely fed up did they move me to yet another room where, thankfully, the air conditioning was working. But the issues didn’t end there. In this latest room, the TV is broken, and there has a severe water leak from the toilet area, creating a pool on the floor. It’s not just a minor leak; it feels like the ceiling or pipes are going to burst at any moment. Once again, I went back to reception to report this, but the response has been disinterested at best. I’m genuinely tired of having to call, explain, and beg for help at every turn. All I want is a quiet, clean, comfortable room where I can actually sleep and relax. I expected so much better from Pullman, but this stay has been a nightmare. Until they address these serious issues and improve their customer service, I can’t recommend this hotel to anyone. FYI I am still in the leaking room now for another week.

It is very common for Accor Gold members to get room upgrades, but I have never experienced booking a 4-star Mercure Hotel and being upgraded to a 5-star Pullman Hotel!! Although I knew that they were part of the same Accor group and that the two hotels shared some facilities (restaurants, gyms, and swimming pools), when I made the reservation, I thought I would just book the cheap Mercure small basic room. I didn’t expect that I was being upgrade to the Pullman hotel. The room is clean and spacious, but is definitely not 5-star luxury hotel! The corner of the room is a bit dark! The view from the room is OK, the bathtub is quite big for a small person like me, and it's not crowded when I had a bath with my son. The breakfast dining area has many windows so it looks bright. The service staff are very friendly. The swimming pool is on the top floor, although it is not big. The biggest advantage of these two hotels is that they are located in the Brisbane CBD, so it is quite convenient to go sightseeing or shopping.

Worst Hotel I’ve ever Stayed

This hotel can not and should not in my opinion !!!! Refer to itself as a 5 Star Hotel we have stayed in better budget motels !!!! Disgraceful we arrived to the hotel the night before our wedding we pulled in to the front entrance only to be completely ignored by so called concierge who stood at the door and completely ignored us watched me struggle with a heavy case wedding dress etc while my partner tried to check us in I went back for the last suit case and the guy rushed to a taxi to help a young woman with a small suitcase mmmmm maybe just like cute girls with false eyelashes !!!! we had to ask can we borrow a trolly to move our luggage reception “yea over there “ Then told leave your car out side drop key of to concierge my partner got yelled at by a grumpy old man at the concierge desk we were told to leave the car were it was parked were they could clearly see were it was parked !!!!!! Blocking a fire exit which we told them yea yea it’s ok again we tried to drop key off no it’s ok !!!! CHECK OUT THE HAND WRITTEN NOTE THST WSS LEFT ON THE WINDSCREEN OF OUR CAR !!!!!! YOU KIDDING ME DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE !!! We have much better hotels in Brisbane shame on you and one last thing get your lifts working and give your guests keys that work we met 3 couples who had 4 attempts to get into their room which was dirty !!! Get a grip tidy up AND BTW THANK GOD I NEVER CHOSE YOU GOR MY WEDDING VENUE Embarrassing
