Nice room but a long way from the restaurant

The rooms are great but our experience was not the best as our first room had an issue. Would stay again.

Another wonderful stay at your resort as we've been many times before now. Unfortunately on this occasion there were young boys disrespecting the grounds and guests at the pool area during our stay. We found out they weren't even staying on the property and are repeat offenders. Its a shame more cant be done to prohibit this. Also I always find the maintenance staff to be too noisy too early with the blowers and mowers which impacts negetively on the tranquility of the stay. Some of the pool facilites require fixing or updating and the indoor heated pool was not available neither were either of the spas in each pool area working.

Unfortunately our stay was disappointing. The room needed an urgent update- it looked old and tired and the bathroom was unsatisfactory. We live in the USA and we were shocked that we were only provided two small bath towels and had to PAY $2 more each to receive more which is unsatisfactory for a 6 day stay!

Check in and reception staff were lovely! Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at Aanuka. I stayed in one of the Paradise Spa Bure (single bedroom villas) which was very spacious but felt a little run down. The bathroom in particular. The spa bath was missing the plug so couldn't be used and there was mould/green around the jets and edge of the tub. The little fridge also froze all of the things I put in there which was a little unfortunate. This aside, the room was spacious, the linen was fresh and clean, the staff were lovely and it was such an amazing location and laid-back vibe. I would stay again, but perhaps in a cheaper room so I don't feel let down by the state of the facilities/bathroom.
