Resort was lovely and staff were great. Only complaint is the lack of room cleaning and towels. It is not right to stay anywhere where you only have one bath towel for multiple nights and no room tidy up.

I was disappointed the garden lighting near our room 118 wasn't working. My Mum is nearly 80 and I was a little worried she might miss her footing, it was very dark. We had a lovely stay and other than a little freshen up and a little bit of a modern touch that it needs, it is a great property.

While the resort, grounds and restaurant were great, the room was a total disappointment, particularly as I am a Platinum Accor member. Lounge area was very dark with no natural light. The lounge was very uncomfortable, my wife and I couldn't sit on it for any extended period to watch TV. The dining table was old and heavily stained. The kitchen area needed a complete makeover, as it was falling apart with not decent cooking facilities. The bathroom needs a deep clean, while the shade sail over the glass roof was broken and flapping in the wind. The bedroom very dusty. Overall did not meet the expectation created by your website.

Clean and tidy. comfortable bed. Amenities in room as expected. Pool not heated - only one small spa. Other guests using spa (four young teenagers) were rude, disruptive and with no other heated pool locations there was no other option but to leave.
