This was our 8th visit to Aanuka over the last 16 years. We've never had a bad stay and have always thoroughly enjoyed our holidays there. The recent renovations to the cafe etc are fantastic and the staff are always great!!

The hotel is a lovely resort overall, with a welcoming atmosphere, beautifully laid-out grounds, and excellent pool and café areas. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. That said, I think the rooms and some of the facilities are in need of a little TLC. While my villa was clean, there were a few things that could use some attention. The most noticeable issue was a very strong smell of old plastic, which appeared to be coming from the ageing toilet cistern as the plastic is starting to deteriorate. Thankfully, this seems like a relatively simple issue to fix. The bathroom was also very clean, and there was no mould or anything concerning, but it is quite dated. The vanity unit could do with updating, and only one of the lights was working. The lounge sofa was also quite old and not particularly comfortable. The Bali-inspired wooden headboard in the bedroom was heavily covered in dust and, personally, I think the room would actually look better without it. The Sea Shell Spa in the bedroom was certainly interesting and has a very strong Thai/Bali-inspired feel. It gave the impression that someone had returned from a trip to Thailand or Bali with lots of ideas and wanted to bring them back to the hotel! But maybe they all shouldn't have come back. The staff there were lovely, though. Overall, the resort itself is very welcoming and has a lot going for it. The pool areas, cafés and general layout are excellent. With a little investment and some attention to the rooms and ageing fixtures, I think this resort could be significantly better.

Driving up and down the coast we always thought to stay here, but kept driving. The rooms are clean, more so than other Accors we have stayed at. We finally stopped and had a pleasant surprise. It is a full resort, with activities like tennis, volleyball, and smaller games for the young ones. A large grass area and beach access. If you are after the dinner specials, go early or book and order it on check-in! We missed out just before 7pm, and drove to the local club for their nightly special. Also they do not support the ACCOR explorer membership, so no discounts at this venue. Which is another reason we jumped in the car and headed to the local club. Meals are pricey especially when your child is just past the kids meal age. (And fussy!) Overall, we would have booked more nights but decided to venture down to the next Accor hotel where we could wine and dine and enjoy with no financial pressure.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay, spacious accomodation & well equipped. The resort pool was lovely but spoilt by intrusions of non guest feral kids daily. The resort did not appear to monitor this despite cameras, signage and the adjacent reception. Other than this the stay was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and well maintained.

Accomodation was dated. Be warned, Yet another accomodation within the Accor group that doesn’t offer any discounts on meals or drinks. Having the All Accor Gold Membership is a complete waste of money. So many hotels have either black out dates or simply don’t offer meals and drink discounts. The restaurant that is separate to the accommodation and not apart of the Accor group has excellent dining and excellent views to match. Highly recommend the outdoor dining.

Very tired accommodation. Bed was comfortable shower was pretty good but the standard of the room was way below our expectations. We had been n travelling from the UK and although our stop was only for one night we would never stay or recommend this resort to anyone .

The woman at the check-in was friendly and helpful. The room was fine but the TV came up with a message about an update being available and it covered a third of the screen. We could not work out how to remove the message with the remote and tried calling reception but nobody answered! The buffet breakfast was plentiful but the hot food was only warm.

Nice spot, great breakfast, aircon battery in remote was flat so we couldn't use aircon at all, room smelled like chlorine and had a dirty towel behind curtains

We loved our stat at Aanuka in a great sized Bure. Easy check in, friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful grounds with everything you need at hand- restaurants, bars, pool,beach and outdoor activities. Comfy bed with plenty of extra blankets. Quiet and peaceful Inside the Bure was a little dated and showed signs of wear and tear- but this did not effect our stay at all.

The rool we were put in was old and tired, smelled damp, however it was clean. The windows did not open which forced us to use the air conditioning which we would normally not use.
