We also appreciate your honest comments regarding the security bond requested at check-in. We understand that this can be frustrating, particularly for a one-night stay, and we appreciate your perspective. The bond is a standard requirement for all guests, regardless of the length of their stay, as charges can be applied back to the room from our restaurant and our rooms are accessed using physical keys. The bond is simply held as a security measure and is released after departure, provided there are no outstanding charges or damages. Thank you again for your feedback.
