Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent stay with us. Firstly, I am delighted to hear that you enjoyed the venue and found your accommodation beautiful. It is also wonderful to see such positive ratings for your arrival experience, accommodation and cleanliness. I am sorry to hear of your disappointment regarding the use of your ALL Accor benefits within the restaurant. While we work very closely with the restaurant team to provide a seamless guest experience, the accommodation and food and beverage operations are owned and managed by separate entities. As a result, ALL Accor discounts and benefits are not currently available within the restaurant. I completely understand your frustration, particularly as an ALL Diamond member who specifically chose our property for your business trip. Your feedback regarding clearer communication around this separation is appreciated, and we will certainly take it on board as we continue to look for ways to improve the guest experience and better manage expectations prior to arrival.
