Maintenance Notice: The indoor pool and spa are permanently closed. The main pool will be closed for refurbishments on 15 Jul - Sep 24. Casay on the Beach and Finz restaurants are closed for a makeover, reopening in October 2024. Some noise disruption may occur. During this closure time the resort will not have dining facilities, however there are nearby dining facilities. This hotel does not accept cash as a payment method. Credit, debit and prepaid cards are accepted to buy goods and services.

Great Location but that where it stops!

Booked a 2 night stay. Received confirmation including 2 free drinks on the Accor app. Checked on the booking confirmation of the restaurant days & times. All good, NOT. Checked in on the Friday afternoon only to be told the restaurant is closed for renovations so no food service whatsoever. Asked about the free drinks as i am a Platinum member only to be told there's no drinks either. The front counter staff saw my disappointment & offered to cancel the booking with no additional charges. Really!!! As a local I stay at the resort on special occasions. Not anymore as i am constantly disappointed at this resort each time i have stayed. Will be going elsewhere from now on.

We were disappointed that we were not advised about current renovations to pool and restaurants in the resorts. We did find the rooms and bathrooms tired and in need of attention. The reception staff were friendly
