I was disappointed with the lighting as this made it a risk for a single traveller. I was placed the furthest distance from the restaurant and this meant given the poor lighting i had to drive back for "takeaway". I was also disappointed that there was no room service and you could only get a buffet breakfast option.

Good facilities, bad weather. Few little issues with room which were resolved

The bathroom was full of mould and looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned for months. The sinks were mouldy and all through the shower. We got one face washer and two towels for 2 days. The bed was rock hard. My partner slept on the lounge and at one point I ended up on the floor. It was comfier than the bed. There is no room service so we went to the restaurant. A bottle of water was $6. We decided to share a meal and drive else where. I’m so disappointed. I’m never booking there again.

The issue with how the accommodation is managed by the resort is an issue for Accor. The staff have an aggressive approach. I have stayed in Accor hotels for many years and have not seen anything like this.
