Great location but service needs some work. Room service is provided every 8 days. Won’t even pick up used towels that started piling in the bathroom. Restaurant had great tasty food but again, some issues with service and timeliness of delivery. In my room WiFi was not working and not available at all

When the staff say the owners won’t spend money on the property you know there are problems.

beautiful setting only negative is we booked as an Accor Plus Member only to be told they are no longer with Accor!!!!!!!!

We only stayed 1 night in a hotel style room. The room was newly renovated & clean & spacious. A few issues to review. 1. Lights were only turned off beside door. No bedside lights. Mo power beside bed for husbands CPAC . 2. Window coverings dated need to be update to match rest of update 3. Workers in adjacent apartment has no consideration for paying guests. Stopped outside our room at 7am having loud conversation. Management need to advise workers of paying guest nearby & consideration for those guests Restaurant & bar were fabulous.
