Beautiful room, great service and reception. The only thing was the room phone wasn’t working so if I had an enquiry or request to reception, I had to use my mobile phone and go through the prompts and mobile reception was not great. Otherwise I would have given a 10/10

Room and facilities were really good. However some maintenance issues were a let down. e.g. bedside light didn’t work, handle to tap in bathroom, was loose and came off. Things that could have easily been rectified, to make our stay really great.

We always stay at the Mecure Belconnen when we are in Canberra, it is only 15 minutes from the city CBD, the rooms are comfortable and welcoming. The reception staff are excellent.
