Excellent part: Great location for those who need to be close to Ribeirão Shopping and to the SP-322 highway. Be aware of the heavy traffic towards the highway during peak hours, but it's certainly not the hotel's fault. Good part: Comfortable room, air conditioning working well, spacious bathroom, shower with great pressure and good heating. Breakfast included in the daily rate is good quality, with a good variety of items. Parking included in the daily rate is ample and there is no difficulty in parking, except for one problem described below. Ok part: TV with a low amount of channels, but at least there are about 5 cable TV channels. I clearly remember CNN, Home & Health, and something for children (Discovery Kids, if I'm not mistaken). It is enough to short time of distraction, but there could be more options. Bad part: Empty minibar, you have to go down to get your supplies yourself at the reception bar, and then you will be told that you need to drink water from a can (you heard right, there are no bottled water). And they won't tell you that it costs R$8.00 (yes, eight reais for a 350ml can of still water in September 2024, as crazy as it sounds). But at least they won't complain if you buy water outside and come with your own bottles of water. Horrible part: Having an electric car, I was excited when I saw that there was a free charging point in the parking lot. But the only path into the wallbox was blocked by a motorcycle. I asked at the reception, and the attendant said that it was her motorcycle and that she could even move it so I could try, but that the wallbox was "probably" broken! Given my surprise with the "probably", she explained that it's normal for the wallbox to break and the reception never knowing if it's been fixed! I asked her to move the motorcycle anyway, because I was going to return with my car in two hours and would try to recharge it. When I returned, the motorcycle was still there blocking the parking lot and the employee had left on foot, no one knew exactly where to, much less until what time! Result: I was not shown any courtesy and I couldn't charge my car at the hotel.
