This hotel offers a great experience for a budget price. Its decoration has a theme (beer) that is associated from the main entrance to the rooms. The food served in the lunch and dinner not good, but the breakfast is quite nice. I faced a problem with my shower heating, and the service solved the problem quickly.

With a small concert house very close with music noise until 4am. Impossible to sleep. Check the event schedule before you host. Meals of 2a. to 6a. If you are staying at the end of the week, have a bakery next time with a great meal.

Rate is very good, excellet location, but we were wake up several times during night with phone ring, terrible night, and also my card key was not working i asked for help and the woman said she could do nothing, so no help from employees. there i felt you and yourself

It was anhother short but plesant stay at Ibis Styles Ribeirão Preto. This hotel is always a good option for those that looking for good location and value of money. The only thing I don't like that much is the Valet service, sometimes it took a long time to get the car back.

Not completely satisfied. I did not know about the requirement for vaccination documentation for pets (not in the booking site). My relatives could not bring their dog to the room.

The room is too noisy. The minibar makes a lot of noise and is positioned very close to the headboard of the bed, boosting the noise. The Air conditioning also makes a lot of noise. I had to turn off both the air conditioning and the minibar to be able to sleep. There is also a lot of plumbing noise. I hear a lot of water rushing and bubbling. Probably when someone is taking a shower in a room above or below my bathroom. I moved to another room and used different rooms in other stays, but all have the same problem.
