Worst Ibis I have ever been

This is the worst Ibis I have ever been (in the world). Small room, noisy air conditioner and the hair drier was broken. The breakfast had few options and it was poorly prepared. We ordered dinner one night, and the food was not good at all. I have been to several different Ibis and I always had a pleasant stay. This one seems to be abandoned. There is another Ibis styles in the city (I stayed a few times there) and it is much better than this one.
