Friendly and helpful staff. Good location to get the bus and train into Cambridge city centre. Bus took about 15 minutes to City centre. Nice swimming pool. Good breakfast. Water missing from room. Handy shop opposite. Car park separate from hotel, not cheap!. Would stay again.

Excelente hotel, funcional y muy moderno. Silencioso. Excelente insonorización y calidad del sueño: las camas son muy cómodas. Consta de todas las facilidades que necesitas. En la habitación tendrás “infinidad” de tomas de corriente y tomas para conectar cables USB. Tiene jarra para calentar agua y dispones de tazas de porcelana. Surtido de te, café instantáneo, leche y azúcar. Usamos solo una vez la piscina. Personal amable y atento. Situado en lugar estratégico con comunicación ferroviaria - la estación está a escasos 25/30 metros - y excelente servicio de bus urbano. Tienes zonas para parking de tu coche. En fin, una estancia muy agradable y para pensar en volver.

We have stayed in a few hotels in the centre of Cambridge over the last few years and wish we had found this one sooner as it tops all of them. There is easy access to the city by train or bus, it is clean and well equipped and the quality of service deserves particular mention; it is unusual to find such excellent service from all the staff. This hotel represents excellent value for money and is a real gem. I won't be comparing hotels in Cambridge again as will certainly return to the Novotel.

Brilliant stay food was lovely and choice for breakfast was nice and staff were lovely and very welcoming.

Very good rooms and comfortable bed, we had dinner and it was lovely and great options. Breakfast was lovely with a wide range of options with also toast, fruit and cheese. Overall the stay was lovely and the staff were lovely and very welcoming.

We stayed with my husband and 2 kids for a couple of days. it was great. the staff at reception were lovely and took the time to explain to us everything. The boys loved the swimming pool (main reason why we choose the hotel). Breakfast was really good- with lot of choices. if we come back in cambridge we will stay here again.
