I stay here often for work and Sofia is amazing always has been. She's lovely always attentive and very patient always goes above and beyond.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED. Staff made our visit extremely uncomfortable, made wild accusations and caused all sorts of problems. My child is mortified to find out what nonce and paedophile means. Lied to me about company policy. If I was female no comments would have been made. DISGRACE.

That said, I would like to clarify that my team acted strictly in line with our hotel protocols and policies, which are clearly displayed at reception. At no point did any staff member accuse you of wrongdoing. They simply requested identification, as required, and you were unable to provide any legally accepted form of ID at that time. I am confident that my team followed the correct procedures and handled the situation appropriately. Great welcome from Tharun and his team. They seemed really glad to see us and we're very helpful. Lim and Resul were happy to help us when we went down for a snack and a drink after a hard day's travel. We were happy to be offered ice to easy my husband's swollen knee which was a great help in getting a good night's rest before our long awaited, much anticipated trip to be in the audience at Strictly!!
