The Reception staff are exceptional. Helpful, polite, productive, interesting, engaging, proactive. I returned from work after what was a less than optimal day to find my room had been beautifully made up by Patricia. Thank you, it gave me a real lift.

Lim was very helpful on Reception, nothing was too much. Room was ok, furniture showing it's age. Pillows very soft, but Lim provided 2 more. Room was clean, and for a one night stop over what more do you need.

Been here for 4th week in a row due to business purose. Clean and cosy, no noise, no fuss, no suspicious guests. Pool and gym next door with discount for hotel guests, large free car park beside. Strong 3* for hotel location, equipment and 5* for staff commitment. Patricia from housekeeping, reception team, love you, respect and thank you all for your hard yet warm and hospitable day-to-day work.
