“Had a great stay at Mercure Bedford Hotel. The staff were warm, the rooms were comfortable, and everything felt well taken care of. I also attended a party here last week, and it honestly exceeded expectations — the setup was beautiful, the music and atmosphere were perfect, and the team handled everything so smoothly. On Arrival: i met at reception by remalia. she was helpful and understanding of my long journey to get there. remalia very kindly got me check-in. she directed me to the car park which is nearby. The Room; very clean, and the wide window over looked the river. lovely view. The Menu: me and my colleagues ate there on our arrival night, we agreed the choices were limited and the option we chose amongst us was good. The service: i enjoyed my stay.;room was tidied up daily, tea, coffee and milk were replenished. The local area: there is a lot to see, and explore. Thank you very much.
