First time visit to this hotel for a 9 night stay. Staff are polite and friendly. I found my room to be clean and comfortable with a TV. The bathroom didn’t contain a bath except a shower which was a bit dated. The hotel provides an indoor pool , sauna and gym for the use of the guests. I especially enjoyed using the sauna despite it being quite small. The pool was pleasant however i found it fairly cold even though its advertised as heated. More frustrating however was the limited availability of the indoor pool as the hotel let it out to a mum’s and kids swimming club between 0900-1800 monday to thursday and 0900-1600 fridays. During these hours hotel guests are not able to use the pool which i found very inconvenient and frustrating. I came to the conclusion that the hotel puts the swimming group before the needs of its guests. There is a bar and restaurant which offers food and drinks at an expensive cost. ie £16 for a cheese burger or £6 for a pint of lager. I would consider staying at the hotel again for its convenience of Milton Keynes but i would like to see some improvements made before i return . Regards

Nice hotel, room clean and well presented, good pool and breakfast. Staff were very helpful and friendly, I was particularly grateful as I hurt my foot and needed a bit of ice for the swelling and the staff got me a whole bucket which really helped. Have previously forgotten a kindle at this hotel and they kept it for me and packaged it up so that I was able to get the postman to collect it safely. I'd definitely recommend this place, mainly due to the lovely staff. Many thanks!

Brilliant stay at this hotel. All the staff are friendly. Rooms were clean and shower was powerful. This hotel is much better than a lot of 4 star hotels we have stayed at! Breakfast good variety and provided us with vegetarian sausages. Pool was great and empty when we visited so a bonus with the kids. Near to all attractions. Wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Really lovely and friendly staff. Very helpful when we locked our keys inside our room! Great location, close by to Milton Keynes City centre. Bedroom big, clean and comfortable. The Buffet breakfast was the best I've had as a vegetarian in a hotel chain. Well done!

Wow what a great hotel All staff so friendly and polite Took our granddaughters there they loved it Used the pool 4 times and was great Food was lovely too Room also great will def be back. They loved that they could also get ice cream And the woman at reception gave them extra biscuits which they loved
