Sorry, but this place is totally overpriced for what it offers: We stayed for two nights. They charged us £129 per night plus £10 per night for parking -- uncomfortable mattresses -- staff without any social graces, some random staff member calling me aggressively "darling" (?!?!) -- breakfast an overpriced mess with the cheapest rolls, no nutella, no oatmilk, no decaf coffee, old dry cheese slices from the day before we assumed, the orange "juice" some watered-down stuff from contrate - charging £16 for that sortof breakfast, cold and overcooked fried eggs, it looked disgusting and nothing tasted good -- nothing useful, no amenties in the tiny rooms like earplugs etc. -- walls seemingly made from cardboard, so you hear every phone conversation of people next door -- thin windows, so every time one of the planes start right next to the hotel you wake up -- weird bugs (at least not bed bugs or cockroaches) runing over the carpet and furniture We will NOT come back.

Stayed in the Novotel with a park ,stay and fly package the night before our flight. Really pleased with our choice. The parking is on site , right in front and to the side of the hotel. Quick check in. Lovely quiet bedroom. No banging of doors from other guests who get up early for their flight. Good food, had an evening meal and breakfast. Staff all very friendly and courteous . Bus service to the terminal running every 30 minutes. Would definitely use this hotel again when flying from Stansted airport. Recommended

80th birthday party

I had a wonderful 80th birthday party at the Novotel London Stansted. The party room was beautifully decorated and there was music and games to play for the guests. The food and service were excellent. Special thanks to Sam for making the arrangements, Vlad for looking after us on the night and Sanjay for the delicious food and cake.

Stayed for 1 night for am flight. Very reasonable hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. After spending 5 hours stuck in traffic, we dumped our bags and went straight to the restaurant where we had a lovely meal attended upon by our waiter Dimitar - a very attentive and friendly man. We changed our room booking a couple of days earlier and it was an easy process. The following morning we used the shuttle bus (£4 per person each way) to drop our daughter at the terminal and then went back to our room to snooze (didn't have to vacate until 12:00) The only gripe was that the hotel parking is tight and difficult to find a space.
