Great experience in a wonderful hotel

We were there with the whole family and a baby for 2 weeks. I highly recommend everybody who want to get the best service on the most beautiful side of the island. All the staff was made the best, included the reception desk, the housekeeping and the catering service. Everithing was clean and new. The breakfast was great even for 2 weeks you can find your choice. A lot of workers on the beach to keep it clean. If you want to find a mistake and write bad things, of course you can. Like everywhere. But these people don't deserve it. Thank you for everything guys and girls and Tam Biet!

Very well managed hotel with excellent service levels and cleanliness standards (beach, pool, suite, spa, gym, bar, restaurant). I would like to point out the generous Vietnamese hospitality of the restaurant/bar personnel that served me very well on the culinary side during my stay. Kudos to Le Thi Kim Thoa and Trang Loan!!!

Let’s start with the positives. I stayed in a Superior Seaview room, which was spacious. The bed was really comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great. The ladies in the clubhouse were friendly. Now for the issues: The room was poorly cleaned throughout the week. Apart from making the bed and changing towels, nothing else was done. There was constant sand on the floor, and the table wasn’t cleaned even once—there were still food stains on it when we left. The hotel is massive, and the reception area feels like an airport—no holiday vibes upon arrival. Breakfast was chaotic, with what felt like 1,000 people fighting for food. Guests were loading their plates and leaving them uneaten. The whole atmosphere was soulless. While the buffet might be acceptable for some, it’s definitely not what I expect when visiting an island. The pool area is beautiful, but there are maybe 100 sunbeds for 1,000 people. Supposedly, half of the pools are designated as adult-only, but kids were playing everywhere, and no one enforced the rules. Relaxing here was impossible. The front portion of the pool is poorly designed—only eight sunbeds face the beach. Good luck getting one of those. Sunbeds on the beach are plentiful, but there are no mattresses on them. They’re hard, old, and nearly all broken, with tape holding them together. There’s no service at the pool or beach areas. Well, there is if you scan a barcode, but you’ll need half a day to get anything. The clubhouse sits in front of the beach, but sadly, it only has about eight tables outside, despite the photos implying there are more. These tables are never cleaned—dirty plates sit for hours. Every day, we had to clean them ourselves. Inside, the clubhouse is dirty and has zero atmosphere. The bar is a disaster, and the cash counter is filthy—it’s in desperate need of a proper cleaning. The staff are clearly untrained. It’s always unclear whether you should order at the table, the bar, or the counter. Over the course of the week, we had to try all three. Payment is also confusing—sometimes it’s immediate, other times after the meal. I’m an Accor Plus member and get 50% off food, but if I take it away, the discount doesn’t apply. Hilarious. The bartender, who was wearing gloves, poured beer as if he learned it on YouTube. Whoever trained this staff clearly didn’t do a good job. Service is random—sometimes food arrives before drinks; sometimes it doesn’t. Eight waiters run around aimlessly, and despite it never being too busy, no one bothers to clean tables or chairs. The food quality was okay, but overall, there were no good vibes. After eight days, we realized that random people were coming in and using the facilities. Nobody asked for identification or verified whether they were guests. Beach towels? No problem. Sunbeds? Sure. Want to jump in the pool? Go for it. If you’re not staying at the hotel, you can still use everything—nobody seems to care. There’s more I could say, but this is already too long. For example, the pool bar: when I asked if it was open (since it looked abandoned), the staff member said yes but didn’t have a menu. Instead, he handed me his phone to browse the menu. That’s when I realized the music had stopped because he was using his phone to power a speaker—despite a Bose sound system being mounted on the wall. The whole place needs a serious scrub. If you’re looking for quiet relaxation and good service, look elsewhere. I’ve never written a review before, but being in the industry myself, this experience was just too much.
