You certainly don't get what you pay for !

I paid a fortune for this hotel due to an event being on at the Mssr. My room was clean and I was able to get in a little earlier which was helpful. The receptionist told me the wrong number so i spent 10 mins running around the hotel trying to find the room. I was also told that the Bar and restaurant was not open and that we had to use the hotel next door. Not a good start when I had paid £239 for 1 night. In the bathroom there was no conditioner, only shampoo which you had to wash your body and hair with. The place to work was a small table and a stool which once your laptop was on it there was no room for a mouse to use. The pillows were really soft and the duvet a summer one so was not warm. For 1 night it was ok but i would not be rushing to stay here again.

I stayed here several times before and my request for a high flour and quiet room was always fulfilled. Unfortunately that did not happen this time. I was told that the hotel was sold out (despite all types of rooms bookable on the app) and that I got the last room on the lowest floor facing the office building just a few meters away. My Gold membership was ignored in terms of upgrade and the welcome drink wasn’t available. “You can go to the Novotel next door to get it”. The room had just a black out curtain with no normal curtain. The people in the office in the building could see me in the room without the curtain closed; so it was dark all the time. I think I will not return again

Very close to the airport, it is within 5 min drive. The staff are very good and helpful, despite that, One guy from an Asian origin was trying to assist me, he was doing an extra effort to communicate with me in English, but his English was really bad! Breakfast was good but it is within the next building of novotel

I went on a short business trip. Although the standard room was okay, I expected it to be no different from a 2-star hotel. I could not get my invoice the day I checked out. I was told it would be emailed to me. after 3 weeks I am still waiting for my invoice. i tried logging a request on their website and there was a technical error. I emailed them a request and got no response. I then tried calling them (2 separate occasions) the first time I was told it would be emailed to me the second time the person answered the call and just kept quiet for 2 min before I cancelled the call. if you just need a bed to sleep on and catch your flight out the next day this could work but if you thinking of staying here for a few nights I would suggest any of the neighbouring hotels

Terrible service, overpriced but clean and close to the airport.

A clean and compact room but dreadful, rude staff. Once with myself and twice witnessed with other guests, two separate members of staff responded to guest quieries with “what do you want me to do about it?”. Really poor service which was just completely unnecessary. Don’t bother asking for an iron, apparently they don’t have enough! I was given an iron and told they didn’t have an ironing board and it wasn’t their problem. The room was clean and small but functional. No air conditioning though. The breakfast offering was poor and mostly gone by 8:45 on the first morning. Completely overpriced when Medica is on at the Messe. Find somewhere else!
