Travelled for the Euros 2024 with a family member. Excellent hotel in all respects. Big welcome at arrival, clean and comfortable rooms, excellent air conditioning. Comfortable meeting, eating and socialising spaces in the spacious communal areas, with USB and plug facilities nearby. Don't be put off by the 23EUR breakfast charge either, quality wide selection. Very friendly staff, especially Andrea (Gentleman with glasses), who was very helpful and diligent. If ever I return to Dusseldorf, I will not hesitate to stay here. Danke Schön Ben

This airport hotel is good value for money. Though a little off the airport terminal area it is easily reachable by a short taxi ride or even by walking. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, beds were good and bathroom was excellent. Only minuses come from the carpeted floor in the room and uncomfortable pillows in the bed.

very polite staff. Pleasant check in. Staff helped me with adaptor readily. Excellent breakfast for a four star hotel. Very lavish spread. Good options for vegetarians. Very close to airport. Very neat and spacious room. I would recommend strongly.

Very efficient and pleasant staff at the reception for the check-in downstairs. As an ALL platinum member, I was upgraded upon check-in. The room was large, conveniently furnished and quiet through the night. As I had an early departure, I took a taxi to get to the airport (5min ride) as the hotel is not exactly at the airport (22min by walk).

Because of the sleep, park and fly option we had booked ibis next door, but ibis had no food option (July 23) at least not in the evening! We were told to go next door to novotel to have dinner (same company). Novotel is kind of a fast food/canteen style place, no ambience, loud, partly self service!? (dinner! You order from a menu and get a buzzer to get up if food is ready and collect it at a counter 😖). Bad price/quality ratio. You pay a lot for mediocre industrial, reheated, not spiced etc ... convenience food. No thank you, Nein Danke, non merci...
