It’s a huge, beautiful, updated hotel with perfect service / amenities and gorgeous rooms. Not super personalized but flawless. I will say that the price of a coffee and/or glass of wine, etc were all just bit exorbitant (and I am not particularly cost conscious). Think a cappuccino in the lobby was around $15? It’s also a bit removed from most major tourist areas. That said, a great stay and an incredibly impressive building.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was beautiful, very clean, and extremely comfortable. Everything felt well thought out and relaxing. I especially loved the bathroom amenities, the Le Labo shampoo smelled incredible and left my hair feeling amazing. Such a small detail, but it really made the stay feel special. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks you to Franck the GM who welcome us on arrival

This was our second stay and once again everything was outstanding. The hotel is excellent and very well located, with impeccable cleanliness and exceptional housekeeping standards. Despite the hotel being fully booked during the festive season, every request was accommodated with genuine care and attention, a true reflection of a real luxury hotel. The service was excellent throughout. A special thank you to Sunny and Dana, as well as the Spa Manager (apologies for not recalling her name), who all contributed to making our stay truly unforgettable. The spa facilities and gym are amazing, especially for guests looking for a well-equipped gym to maintain their workout routine while traveling. Wishing the entire team a very successful year ahead. Looking forward to be back soon.
