I arrived at your hotel from the US last night and was warmly welcomed at the entrance by SUNNY. She handled my check-in efficiently and shared important information about my stay. SUNNY is pleasant, funny, smart, and demonstrates outstanding customer service skills, and she deserves to be singled out and commended. I also met SAM at the front desk. who graciously provided me with an upgrade and greeted me with a great smile, another fine example of the wonderful staff at your hotel. I only stayed 5 days and 4 nights, and needlessly to say, I will be back. Alex Y

I come to Seoul fairly often for work, and this stay didn’t start off very well. The check-in wasn’t very welcoming for a five-star hotel, and the breakfast was a bit disappointing too the hot dishes weren’t really hot. Things changed when I met a staff member named Jack while taking the elevator from the lobby. It looked like he was going to a lower floor than I was, but when he saw which floor I was going to, he canceled his own and let me go first. When I got off, my friend and I had quite a lot of luggage, and he immediately came over to help. He carried everything up to our room himself without us even asking. His kindness really made a difference in my stay. I’m in Busan for a short trip at the moment, but I’ll be back in Seoul soon. Hopefully, next time everything goes smoothly from the start.

Stayed 6 nights recently. Hotel is gorgeous inside and the rooms are very spacious with decent amenities. Location was about 40 min from ICN and it’s attached to the Hyundai Mall and close walking distance to IFC mall. All call be reached indoors. What I didn’t appreciate was the restaurant. I paid 80000 local currency for breakfast which I would rate a 6/10 for the price. No fresh juices, smoothies, or a range of fresh fruit. Service was ok, they don’t even offer to get you water - I asked and they directed me to where the water was located. This for a 5 star restaurant is very poor I would expect more for the price I paid. Also toothbrush and toothpaste is not available in the room - you have to pay for it.

The buffet is amazing, great gym super equipped, amazing and spacious room and also they helped me getting an appointment for getting my nails done !! Thanks you SUNNY, the coin edge was super helpful and very nice ! Great experience !

It was an outstanding stay from every aspect. A special thank you to Amy for her kindness and exceptional assistance. I truly won’t forget how helpful she was with my requests — I hope you get to read this. I’m from Saudi Arabia and I just want to say that you made my stay so much better. Thank you from the heart. The hotel is beautiful and luxurious, the room was elegant, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I really appreciate the early check-in and the late check-out. The service was exceptional and unforgettable. I’ll definitely come back every time I visit Korea — I simply can’t see myself staying anywhere else.
