This is the most luxuriest Fairmont I have ever visited. Check in experience to the Gold lounge services were top notch! I could feel the CARE from the hotel management team and very concerned about guest experiences to make us feel very welcomed and luxury. My room was spotless without a speck of dust. Thanks to Fairmont Seoul!

Perfect stay. I am a global traveler and I have seen quite a lot of hotels. The Fairmont Ambassador is without any doubt one of the best service providers I have ever experienced. Besides the comfortable rooms I would like to recommend the delicious breakfast with their outstanding signature food, a Beijing Duck.

I made a reservation to create a special memory for my mother’s birthday, and it turned out to be an excellent choice! :-)❤️ Thanks to Jenna’s exceptional service, we were able to enjoy a perfect and cheerful atmosphere during dinner.

I recently had the opportunity to visit this hotel. and I am adorable! stylish atmosphere, friendly staff, ready to help with any question. and of course an amazing view of Yeouido! many thanks to the manager Frank for a comfortable stay! I'm waiting for my return!

this hotel is an example of quality. the hotel staff is very responsive and friendly, when I needed something, everything was solved very quickly. I also want to note the quality of the room, it is spacious and clean, equipped with all the auxiliary functions, and thick curtains that will remove all the light noise, and during the day there is a beautiful view of the city. The breakfast was perfect, thanks to the cooks, they made my morning :) in the gym there are a lot of different exercise machines, which pleased me, the sauna and pool were also very clean, beautiful. It was a pleasant experience, I plan to visit again for the New Year
