I made a reservation to create a special memory for my mother’s birthday, and it turned out to be an excellent choice! :-)❤️ Thanks to Jenna’s exceptional service, we were able to enjoy a perfect and cheerful atmosphere during dinner.

I recently had the opportunity to visit this hotel. and I am adorable! stylish atmosphere, friendly staff, ready to help with any question. and of course an amazing view of Yeouido! many thanks to the manager Frank for a comfortable stay! I'm waiting for my return!

this hotel is an example of quality. the hotel staff is very responsive and friendly, when I needed something, everything was solved very quickly. I also want to note the quality of the room, it is spacious and clean, equipped with all the auxiliary functions, and thick curtains that will remove all the light noise, and during the day there is a beautiful view of the city. The breakfast was perfect, thanks to the cooks, they made my morning :) in the gym there are a lot of different exercise machines, which pleased me, the sauna and pool were also very clean, beautiful. It was a pleasant experience, I plan to visit again for the New Year

I have great experience when arrived at the hotel in the morning. Very pleased with the check-in and the hotel has accommodated my suite upgrade throughout my stay though I’ve used my free suite upgrade for 2 nights and also used my free 2 nights stay. Additionally, pleasantly surprised to receive welcome greeting from Claire Kim and the birthday cake. However, I was quite upset that my bag of medicine where I placed it on the table gone missing yesterday, as I noticed it this morning where I need to take my medicine every morning. Informed the front desk and they checked with housekeeping, but claimed that the housekeeper didn’t take it. So where has my bag of medicine gone to? I have brought the same bag of medicine and put it on the table when I’m traveling overseas, I didn’t encounter such issues.

部屋は綺麗で、シックなデザイン。 朝食も種類が豊富で美味しかった。 隣がデパートなのが便利でしたが、８時にデパートが閉まると遅くに食事の出来る場所が無いのが残念。 プールに入るのにシャワーやジャグジー、更衣室が無いのも残念。 部屋の食器が洗われて無かったのも残念。
