We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the cleanliness, luxurious atmosphere, and convenient layout of the room, and that these aspects contributed positively to your overall stay experience. At the same time, we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused by the noise from the adjacent room and hallway. We understand how important a quiet and comfortable environment is for a restful stay, and your comments regarding sound insulation have been shared with the relevant teams for further review and consideration. We also apologize that your departure experience negatively impacted what had otherwise been a positive stay. While we are glad to know that the check-out process itself was satisfactory, we deeply regret that the interaction regarding the taxi arrangement and the level of assistance provided at the entrance left you feeling disappointed. Please accept our sincere apologies if the communication from our doorman felt impersonal or discourteous in any way. Furthermore, we fully understand your frustration regarding the lack of luggage assistance despite the absence of other guests requiring attention at the time. 3回目の宿泊です。以前は明洞のホテルを利用していましたが、金浦空港からタクシーでもメトロでも近く、便利で快適なので、最近はソウルのホテルはこちらを利用させていただいています。 毎回、朝食付きにしていますが、1年前より少し質が落ちた気がしました。でも満足しています。

2回目の宿泊でしたが、変わらず快適でした。 ただし、到着時間が遅い時間(23時)になるので前もって予約番号と到着予定時刻をメールで連絡し、担当者様から情報共有しますと返信があったにも関わらず、宿泊日当日19時頃に、まだチェックインしていないが、何時の到着になるか問い合わせのメールが届きました。情報共有されていなかったのでしょうか?
