2回目の宿泊でしたが、変わらず快適でした。 ただし、到着時間が遅い時間（23時）になるので前もって予約番号と到着予定時刻をメールで連絡し、担当者様から情報共有しますと返信があったにも関わらず、宿泊日当日19時頃に、まだチェックインしていないが、何時の到着になるか問い合わせのメールが届きました。情報共有されていなかったのでしょうか？

We also appreciate your positive comments regarding our convenient location next to the station and the shopping mall. 二回目の宿泊ですが、相変わらずプールが残念。今どき公共施設のプールだって男女別のシャワールームやロッカー、ジャグジーぐらいあるのに、全てないし、男女兼用のロッカーには鍵がかかる着替えの場所は１つしかなく、タオルも鏡も水道すらない。水着の脱水機を使うには着替えてからプールサイドにある脱水機に行かねばならず、フロアーは水浸しなのにスリッパは履くなと言われ、裾は濡れるし最悪です。
