I rate it 5 out of 5. Emily’s cocktails are exceptional; I'm an expert on Aperol Spritz, and hers is the best I've ever tasted anywhere in the world. Moreover, her service is both delicate and exquisite. I came here to celebrate my friend’s birthday, and I ended up creating an unforgettable memory. If I return, it will definitely be because of Emily.

Housekeeper broke my laptop. I left it closed on the desk and came back and tried to open it and it was completely broken. The hotel won’t take any responsibility or compensate me because there’s no evidence which means they’re calling me a liar. The manager Max offered me a free cake it was comical. They do not care about their guests.

it was such a beautiful place and the staff were so nice especially the French staff was so nice hehehe He was asking if we needed anything all the time. Thank you so much for an amazing experience. I recommend this place to everyone visiting Seoul for a great experience and amazing food with a great view.

The most terrible Fairmont hotel.

The hotel is well equipped but very unfriendly. Its hospitality rating would be a zero if i cant give negative scores on their NPS. A member of my group had an issue which was resolved by physically cornering him in the hotel lobby and threatening and actually calling the police. My wife and i were both very unwell during our trip and on one day we reached the breakfast place 1 minute after 10 am, its closure time. Understanding their issues, we both requested for just a bowl of cereals and coffee to go. The staff refused. The next day we were in the restaurant and at 10 am we asked for a coffee and another glass of hot water to go. Just terrible. service and extremely bad attitude. Takes away all the good. The lobby has no sitting space if one does not want to pay for drinks. And the staff have the audacity to state that you need to vacate the premises- not a request, an order.

Dear Atul P, We would like to provide some context regarding the situation mentioned. One of the guests in your group caused extensive damage to his room by running hot water in the shower continuously, creating a high-humidity environment that affected the integrity of the space. As per hotel policy, a damage charge was applied. Unfortunately, the situation escalated, and due to aggressive behavior toward our staff, local authorities were involved. In Korea, calling the police in such cases is a standard safety protocol to ensure calm resolution and protect all parties involved. Regarding your breakfast experience, we understand your frustration. However, our team must follow set operating hours and policies to ensure fairness to all guests. While we strive to accommodate whenever possible, requests made outside service hours may not always be fulfilled. As for the lobby area, it is designed as a part of our lobby lounge, where seating is reserved for patrons. We apologize if this was not communicated clearly, but our team is trained to manage the space respectfully while upholding hotel standards. Best Regards, Franck Loison General Manager

I recently visited Korea after a long time and had the pleasure of visiting the Fairmont Atrium Lounge with a friend. As always, the fresh pastries and fragrant tea were incredibly satisfying. We were able to enjoy a peaceful and elegant atmosphere, with everything perfectly prepared. What left the greatest impression was the detailed and heartfelt service provided by Jaden. He checked on us with perfect timing, ensuring he never interrupted our conversation, and always welcomed us with a warm and genuine smile that made us feel truly at ease. His thoughtful and professional service, combined with a personal touch, made our experience even more special. Thanks to this memorable experience, I am already looking forward to my next visit to the Fairmont Lounge. It was truly a wonderful day that will stay with me for a long time.
