It was a very nice Hotel. I liked the fact that it is linked with Hyundai Dpt store. I had a good moment at the lounge on the 3rd floor, the food is very fresh compliments to the chefs and thank you for the service, Duco and Hyuna. I hope to come back soon.

Well located, friendly staff and excellent breakfast with many choices. Connected to Hyundai Mall and underground subway. Concierge staff able to secure hair salon appointment for the next day for my daughter and I at Hyundai Mall. Will stay this hotel again.

I was motivated to select the Fairmont Ambassador Seoul over other hotels in Yeouido because of the online reviews, and I was not disappointed.  The Fairmont Ambassador's immaculate, pristine lobby and décor; perfect location; guest suite design; amenities; high quality food; and superlative staff service outpaced my expectations daily and far exceeded the price. I would rate all the lobby staff's responsiveness and efficiency as superior.  In particular, I've never fully appreciated the value of hotel concierge desks because I've never seen 5-star concierge services until now.  In particular, Camille's assistance to me was beyond impressive; it was priceless.  Besides her impeccable professionalism and flawless English, her sincerity and genuine concern were consistently evident as she helped me locate vegetarian options, local destinations, and as she compensated for my Korean language gap with local texts and calls.  During my entire stay, Fairmont Ambassador's staff throughout the hotel confirmed that I was not just a valued guest, but a welcomed and appreciated guest.  I look forward to staying here again.

I would like to express my gratitude to the staff and manager of the Fairmont Ambassador Hotel as I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. starting from appearance, ending with service and maintenance. I'll be happy to come back again. Thanks for your work Upon arrival, the staff greeted me, escorted me to my room and explained everything clearly. wonderful room with all the facilities, gym + swimming pool at the best level. in the buffet on the 5th floor you will find everything you want to suit your taste, you won’t go hungry
