Fairmont never disappoint although a slight issue with hot water after check in, later rectified, quickly became a non issue. Room was spacious, spotless, appreciated the little touches & attention to detail, it was truly nothing short of spectacular n sheer elegance ! Coupled with courteous friendly, yet professional staff. The hotel was abt 10min walk to subway n bus stations, plus 2 high-end shopping malls connected to it, with mouth watering selection of international n local cuisines cafes n restaurants. All in all, it was a very relaxing, comfortable n lovely stay at the Fairmont hotel! Highly recommended!

Special thanks to Amy for all your help. You took good care of my teenage daughter after her somewhat turbulent taxi ride. It was also an excellent foresight on Amy’s part to order a larger vehicle to the airport. Our ride to the airport was smooth and without any incident. All the staff at Fairmont Ambassador Seoul were very courteous, the room was comfortable, and the location was convenient. The Spectrum buffet offered a great selection of Asian and Western food.

Great food, great location and A+ concierge. Sunny helped us each day/night with restaurants and locations to explore. The gym, spa and accommodations were very nice and luxurious. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Fairmont and thank you Sunny.

While traveling to your hotel, I accidentally left my bag in the taxi. Sunny and Thomas immediately sprang into action upon hearing my situation - contacting the taxi company, coordinating communications, and tracking down the vehicle. Their professionalism, quick thinking, and genuine care were truly commendable. Special recognition also goes to the honest taxi driver who went out of his way to return my belongings promptly.
