We were greeted warmly by Terry who was extra professional and lovely. We were here for our honeymoon and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We will most definitely recommend Naru Hotel to our friends and family!

My stay at Hotel Naru was a truly wonderful experience. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the clean, stylish lobby along with the open view of the Han River left a strong impression. I was especially touched by the excellent service from the reception team, and the warm hospitality from Terry gave me a great first impression.

This was the best vacation ever the hotel is super 5+ stars starting with the concierge and the front desk personnel who were polite, professional, organized, and very, very helpful and then when we got to the room, the bed was so comfortable, and the view was amazing over the Han River, but we would really love to thank the amazing staff here especially GIN, JUNNIE, JENNE . They were also very customer service oriented and went out of their way to go above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing stay at the hotel in Naru in Seoul Korea.

Best five star hotel I have ever stayed in The hotel staff, the hotel concierge, especially JIN. Were outstanding. Impeccable, Customer Service, kind knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and very, very helpful. The hotel bar and restaurant are amazing. The views in the day and night time are amazing especially the sunset.
