overall was good except electric maintenance at the middle of night, felt unsecured. direct bus between ICN airport and hotel, very convenience. staffs speak good English. connected to train and metro station, easy access to downtown.

Great location since it is linked to Yongsan station. You can take itx to Chuncheon for day trip. There is also a mall nearby and a huge e-mart that sells groceries, local products etc. From the hotel, you can take airport bus #6030 for 15,000 won, takes you to Incheon airport directly. Member recognition for Accor (Gold) is good, received welcome drink vouchers and a can of beer, a bottle of mango juice, and a pack of nuts. All was going well until the second night. In the evening, when I returned to my room, I couldn't find my medium-sized white teddy bear on my bed. Figured housekeeping must have packed Bear away by accident, but hotel staff said they could only try finding out from housekeeping at 9am the next day. Since Bear had a lot of emotional significance, it was hard to not be worried... Went down to the reception the next morning and specifically told them to look for Bear in the used linen etc, and they did manage to find it, thankfully! Felt that staff could have been more sympathetic and apologetic to the entire situation ... afterall, it was indeed a mistake by housekeeping to pack away a pretty huge teddy bear without noticing.

とても良い立地条件で、部屋・設備ともに快適でした。ただ、初日の掃除の時間がかなり遅かったことと、龍山駅からドラゴンシティへのアクセスの途中にある階段のところに、スロープはあるものの、角度が急すぎて、重いスーツケースに全く使えなかったのが、今回気付いた点です。

チェックインからチェックアウトまで大きな問題はありませんでした。

First timers to Seoul. Located to nearby station and subway but not much shopping/food around area except at train station. Assistance at checkout and request for taxi was exceptional 👍. Platinum Accor members but had to request for breakfast and room upgrade.

Modern, clean, and well appointed hotel conveniently located to Yongsan Station. Good dining facilities. Rooms are smallish but well furnished. Reasonable (but a bit small) work area / desk for laptop computer. The staff are professional, friendly, and helpful.

Very good hotel in the business district.Breakfast outstanding....As I was staying for leisure, not business, I would have appreciated that when leaving the hotel very early in the morning a lunch box could have been provided.

I'm happy with my stay for :very easy check-in and check-out process, very high level of the cleanliness,convenient connection to main spots in Seoul,direct bus ride from the hotel to Inchon airport.Staff are friendly and helpful.

New hotel with good service, check in is fast.. the room is clean , the location is not far from yongsan station and IPark MallThere is a shuttle bus to Incheon airport next to the hotel makes our journey more comfortable

It was a wonderful trip staying at ibis Styles Ambassador Seoul Yongsan last week. The view from my room was amazing, the food at the breakfast buffet and complimentary offerings during my stay were great, and, most of all, staffs at the front/reception were super friendly and very professional and helpful. I thus would like to compliment the staffs at ibis Styles Ambassador Seoul Yongsan, including, but not limited to, Mr. Na, and comment how pleased I have been with the service provided to me by its entire staffs. Overall it was such a happy and pleasant stay, and I will, for sure, never stop coming back again. Thanks~

受付のスムーズな対応、清潔で機能的な部屋、充実した朝食、部屋の静かさ（空調ファンの音ゼロ！外の騒音もゼロ）いずれも素晴らしいホテルでした。ただ問題は、駅からホテルまでのアクセスです。龍山駅からはDRAGON CITYとだけ書かれた案内しかなく、事前の入念な下調べ無しでたどり着くことはまず不可能です。しつこく調べた後でも、かなり迷って到着しました。あと駅からの連絡通路は、やはりちょっと気になる距離ですね。あの通路がムービングウォークになったら、またこのホテルを利用するかも知れません。

予約係のカン サンイさんにお願いして13:30にチェックインさせていただき、助かりました。27階の部屋からの景色もよかったです。

同じホテルで開かれているイベントに参加するために泊まりました。部屋の雰囲気も良く満足しております。部屋にお風呂がないのが、日本人としてはちょっと残念でしたが、サウナがあるそうなので、今度は利用してみたいと思っています。

ロビー、部屋、その他パブリックスペースもスタイリッシュでした。特にnight kingdomでのバータイムは楽しく過ごせた。
