とても綺麗で、サービスもとても満足です。 朝食も美味しかったです。1点歯ブラシがあると申し分ないなと思いました。 日本とその辺りは違うとは思うのですが、夜帰ってきて「ない！」となって買いにいきました！

Best hotel in Seoul. Modern, comfortable and rich in design taste. The staff is very helpful, with a special mention to Carol that helped me with some documents at the reception counter. I will go back for sure, whenever I am in Seoul for business or for holiday.

This was our second stay at the Mondrian. We had a very pleasant stay. Comfortable room, very helpful staff - especially Erin at Front Desk, who was extremely professional and kind. Erin gave recommendations, made reservations and handled everything with ease. The gym is excellent.

Room type: Itaewon king room Check-in and room condition: I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. You can do check-in on 2F. I got early check-in when it was 1pm they asked if I have accor silver or above and I got late check out too until 1pm. Check-in staff were very kindly and I said it's my first time staying in this hotel and they gave us a free pool access. Yes you should pay for the pool outside. Room was clean and tidy and shampoo, conditioner and shower gel was Malin and Goetz which smells great and feels so smooth. Room is small and you will definitely feel the ceiling is very very low. I felt frustrated. You can feel it on the hallway too. Also I got a swimming pool view but the window was so thin I could hear people talking outside and the music from the swimming pool area until is close. It was very disturbing. If you don't like it ask staff if they can give you other side view if it's possible. Room service & qr code function: We ordered pasta and chicken club sandwich but it took 1 hour to get the food. But the taste was ok. You will have access to the qr code link which you can request almost everything. It's very convenient and they make it done very fast. Overall: It's very young and trendy hotel. This hotel also has a large basement which has shops and cafe with lots of photo spots. Staff are very kind and they're working hard. But the room's celling it too low and sound proof is not that good. I do recommend if you don't stay in the hotel for long time.

ホテルは綺麗で一日中過ごせるほどなんでも揃っており、とても快適に過ごせました。 ルームサービスでの食事も軽食という意味においては美味しかったです。 ただ、朝食とプールの値段設定がとても強気だったので、せめて宿泊者にはもう少し優待してくれると使いたいなと思いました。 また利用したいです。
