I recently stayed at the Mondrian Seoul and was incredibly impressed by the service. Jake and his concierge team truly stood out with their exceptional care and attention to detail. One morning, when finding a taxi seemed impossible, Jake stepped in right away. He used multiple apps to secure a ride for us and even handed me a hotel card to ensure we wouldn’t have trouble finding our way back. His proactive approach and thoughtfulness left a lasting impression. The hotel itself also made an impact. The rooms felt spotless and perfectly maintained, with every detail clearly cared for by the housekeeping team. The comfortable atmosphere made it easy to relax during my stay. The lobby’s modern and sophisticated design created a welcoming space every time I walked through, adding to the overall experience. Jake and his concierge team made the stay even more memorable. Every morning, Jake greeted us with a warm smile and positive energy, while his team consistently provided seamless service. They made sure everything ran smoothly, and their genuine care for the guests really stood out. It’s rare to find a team that blends professionalism and warmth so naturally. I’m already looking forward to my next visit to the Mondrian. While the facilities are excellent, it’s the exceptional hospitality from Jake and his team that makes the hotel truly special. Their dedication to guest care has set a standard I won’t forget.

The hotel located in itaewon is so nice with great restaurants, amenities and services. It is convenient to get to other interesting places in Seoul. Special thank to Ms.Carol at the front desk who is very helpful and friendly. I would recommend you stay here in the future if you would visit Seoul.

I checked in comfortably, thanks to James, Billy, and Tim. They were incredibly kind and guided me through everything I wasn’t familiar with. I truly appreciate their help. If you’re ever in Seoul, I highly recommend staying at Mondrian!!

The staff were very accommodative and approachable. Mr James Kim was also very nice. Me and my wife’s honeymoon experience here was great. Its a different atmosphere from the hustle and rush of the myeongdong area that we stayed at for our first few days in Korea.

I stayed at the Mondrian Seoul Itaewon with my nephew in December of 2024 during the busy Christmas/New Years season. We booked two separate rooms and arrived a couple hours early. The staff did their best to locate rooms for us that had already been vacated and cleaned so we could check in early and did not have to wait. Both of our rooms had beautiful views. Unfortunately, a pipe suddenly burst in the room above mine, and water started flooding through the ceiling. I quickly collected my things and went to reception to report the flood. The Assistant Front Office Manager James Kim immediately apologized for the disruption to my stay and did his best to make up for the surprise inconvenience. He gave me a complimentary upgrade to a special corner suite room with an even more beautiful view, a huge bathroom suite with a luxurious soaking tub, and he personally escorted me to the suite to make sure that there were no unexpected problems and that everything was to my liking. The suite was EXCEPTIONAL. However, I must say that even better was Mr. Kim’s sincerity and his dedication to making sure that my stay in Seoul was not upset by the accidental burst pipe. The flood made a funny story to tell my friends in New York, but in truth, the most memorable part of my stay was realizing that the assistant manager cared so deeply about making sure that every moment of my stay was as comfortable as possible. I have visited the Mondrian Seoul Itaewon in the past, and I plan to stay there whenever I travel to Seoul. Five thumbs up! Steven L. New York City
