We are delighted to hear that you were fully satisfied with our location, appreciated the convenience of our public bath facility, and felt well cared for by our staff. Your kind comments are truly appreciated. At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience regarding the refrigerator not cooling sufficiently and the absence of pajamas in the room. We will review the refrigerator temperature settings with our Engineering team and ensure that the equipment functions properly. Your suggestion about providing pajamas and toothbrushes is also very valuable, and we will share it internally to explore possible improvements to our in-room amenities.
