Pleasant welcome hospitality by Jeff, the receptionist and Jacob, the front office manager. Accommodative to our request as well for early check in. Pleasant stay, wifi speed connection can be improved

Check-in at ibis Ambassador Myeongdong was smooth and pleasant. I would especially like to compliment Loona at the front desk for her excellent service. She was friendly, patient, and explained everything clearly. She also informed us that we could request early check-in by scanning a QR code, which was very helpful and convenient, especially after a long journey. Small gestures like this really make a difference. Thank you, Loona, for making our arrival such a positive experience.
