Great location, clean, value for money and staff are very helful. They clean your room everyday. Easy access to public transport and airport limo. So you dont need to drag your luggage so far. You can have night market shopping at myeongdong shop and for expensive items can go to lotte department stores. Both combination..

I’m currently staying at the ibis Ambassador Seoul Myeongdong and wanted to share my experience so far. From the moment I approached the front desk, Jacob, the front office manager, stood out with his warm and professional service. He welcomed me with a smile, explained the hotel’s amenities thoroughly, and ensured I had all the necessary brochures and tips for exploring the area. His helpfulness has certainly made my stay more comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself has a lot to offer. It’s in a very convenient location, with easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The rooms are clean, cozy, and well-maintained. One feature I’ve particularly appreciated during this cold period is the hot tub—it’s been such a relaxing way to unwind after a day of exploring. Those looking for a washer, they have it here operated by coin. Wifi is available, though I think it can be better/faster. Overall, the atmosphere is pleasant, and I’m looking forward to the rest of my stay here! 😄

Hotel location is perfect for us who want to explore Myeongdong. Very closed to the shopping street and also closed to subway station and bus stop.

Lucas at the reception was very nice and accommodating and made sure we have everything that we needed upon checking in. He checked us in early so we can rest from an early flight. He also provided us with extra bed as we have two kids. Clean and quiet hotel and close to everything like bus stop, malls, myeongdong market, food, convenient stores. Best hotel yet.

Lucas was very helpful. The front desk staff are very welcoming. The location is great. The kids love the free Pororo welcome drink. Very easy access form the airport using the airport limousine bus. Would love to stay here again next time, our family loved it.
