It was 2+am on 21 Apr 2024 when we noticed that my 1.5year old daughter was running a high fever at 39 degree celcius. I also realized that i forgot to bring any medication for this trip. I was so lost and ran to the reception where Sean and Jayden were on duty. I am so grateful for the help received. Both of them were with me solutioning what to do next - buying over the counter medication for babies below 2 at convenience store or take a 15minutes ride to hospital A&E. I went to 2 convenience shop nearby but couldnt locate the medicine. Jayden went the extra mile to get the medication from a 3rd convenience shop. He didnt want to take my money for it but i insist because i was already so grateful we could get her medicine at that time of the day. How could i let him be out of pocket. I could feel sincerity in this encounter like they have gone beyond their duties and went that extra mile to help. I didnt have the capacity to thank them properly that night. So here it is - thank you. I am really grateful. Continue doing what you do. You are awesome!

Jayden was so wonderful, caring and accommodating when we checked in. He was really helpful and made our stay 100% better. The room was clean and spacious. Great amenities. We have everything we needed. Great location for everything we planned to do in the Hongdae area. Definitely will be back. Thank you Mercure!

It is my first time to book this hotel at Hongdae. Thanks Jayden who is professional & well customer care. I early arrived to Seoul at 7 am, Jayden tried to arrange early check in when there had room available. Heartily appreciation is given to Jayden.

we had a great stay when we were in seoul. the rooms are comfy and spacious. the breakfast spread was so good. the staffs were exceptional, giving us a early check in when we were tired from our busan train ride and allowing us to leave our luggage when we check out. also giving us feedback on how to go to the airport in a more easier way as we have lot of things to carry. hope we come back in the future when we come back in seoul. thank you!
