Friendly & enthusiastic staffs (Day/Jules/Mizda) at the check-in lobby. Manage our request to extend stay (complimentary & paid) within the same room though availability was limited. Even (multi-task) assist in making call for booking of massage at Angsana, even when attending to guest.

Good price for money, we had room at 5 floor, all necessary facilities were present at room, good swimming pool, boat service to the beach, there are no enough amount off sun beds for all guests at the beach but you can use towel and lay under the tree, breakfast is normal, if you are not very demanding client you won’t be hungry, fruit, yougurt, eggs fried or boiled, pancakes, Thai food corner, hotel has free shuttle service inside Laguna, I would also like to mark Pumpui, she is extremely polite and client oriented, helped to resolve all our questions, booked tennis court in nearby hotel for us, very pleasant stay for families

A great hotel at a great and peaceful location. Property is quite big and have spacious rooms and multiple pools. We got the room with loft and it was amazing. Perfect for couples and for families looking out to spend some quality time. Breakfast buffet is good. They also have a store similar to 7 Eleven inside the hotel if you want to grab something to eat or drink. They have pool tables and other games available in the lobby to guests to play and have fun. A private Beach is also there accessible by Ferry which is free of cost for Cassia guests and is very convenient. This should be on your top list if you are looking for a peaceful stay. They have their own shuttle service that runs all day to Patong and Centeal at nominal prices.

One of the best hotels in Phuket. Comfortable and clean rooms. The staff is kind and always ready to help you, I can allocate Pumpui, helped to move in and is very friendly in communication!It's also very tasty food and a nice, clean beach. I recommend to visit!

Good staff especially Jules, Day and Chantal, they are very helpfulness. I love this hotel l, all facilities is goods. I love the swimming pool and the beach. The room is good with beautiful design. I will always come back.
