The e best spa in the world, Deana and Nam are the best girls for us !! We do everyday because of them!! Also the reception is the best too!! We must will be back very soon!!! The best banyan cafe and best spa !! Thanks thanks thanks !! Highly recommend

Our flight was delayed due to global tech outage so as a coeliac I was hungry when I arrived at the hotel. Check in staff wasn’t helpful all she wanted forms and bank card details. Never told of about the hotel. We eventually found something to eat ! Villa was nice but it needs re doing very worn out in places decking around the pool, mattress and safe wasn’t working. We had two leaks during our stay. We asked about our room to be cleaned and was told it wasn’t cleaned daily only turn down service as I did request to change bed sheets but they didn’t. Towels weren’t always been replaced had to asked several times. Conditioner too had to be asked to refill. Definitely not give star facility. As been a coeliac I struggled big time one day it say iit ok to eat and next day they say it has gluten ! For a five star hotel they made very little of making gluten free desserts . As I eat plain food and requested could I have potatoes and said no . I didn’t eat very much . Been half board you were limited to a small menu as wasn’t allowed to pick from the bigger menu . I cried as I choose this place to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and was left very disappointed . Lastly check out was Terri le no late check out even our flight was at 11 at night . No room allocated to change clothes was told to use showers at the pool area . I had requested transfer to collect us early as we could not wait to leave the place. Only good thing thing about the place the buggy guys spa and pool staff were very friendly . Definitely wouldn’t be recommending or returning. We had two lovely stays in Dubai and Singapore and this was a big disappointment for us . I never be glad to get home and we paid big money for this trip . This hotel is just a money making hotel and definite not a luxury place . No atmosphere about the place . Bit great for mobility as ladders in the pool and no steps with handles as I have MS so struggle with balance and I certainly need a late checkout for my meds and well conditioned room because of my MS. Staff never asked about our stay they probably k we how we felt .

This is the second time to stay @ Banyan Tree, the kids club remodeled , looks new and fun ! We have 2 girls , we send them to Banyan tree Kids Club everyday , they loves this , even through we changed hotel , they always say want to go back and find the staff there! Thanks Peach and other 2 staffs to take a good care of my girls ! You guys are the best !Thanks!

We had a wonderful time, the kids enjoyed the freedom of roaming around safely using the bicycles. All the staff were friendly and helpful, nice food variety, with tennis and gym. They had a lovely golf but we did not try to play. Concierge team were so thoughtful and helpful Ns. Aomsin & Lucky.. we also enjoyed private chef in villa dinning (Khun Aum).
