As our resort is uniquely located on the beachfront and surrounded by tropical landscaping, occasional insects may appear, especially during periods of warm weather and seasonal rainfall. However, this is never the standard of experience we wish to provide, nor should it compromise the comfort of our valued guests. Please be assured that your comments have been treated with the utmost seriousness and have been immediately shared with our Housekeeping, Engineering, and licensed pest control specialists. We are reinforcing our preventive pest management program and conducting additional inspections and treatments to minimize the possibility of similar occurrences.
