I recently stayed at Novotel Kamala Beach for 3 nights, and my experience was nothing short of fantastic. As an Accor Plus Gold Member, I was delighted when they upgraded me to a stunning Pool Villa, which made my trip extra special. The hotel’s restaurant served delicious food—every dish was on point! Whether it was local Thai flavors or international options, everything exceeded expectations. I also had the chance to enjoy a private cabana for a day by their beach, which was such a relaxing and luxurious touch. The hotel’s pool is great, but since I had my own private pool in the villa, I mostly spent time there. Still, the main pool had a lively yet laid-back vibe, perfect for anyone wanting to take a dip or just hang out. The thoughtful details really stood out—like the welcome drinks upon arrival, which were so refreshing after the travel. And without a doubt, the staff at this property are some of the best I've encountered. Friendly, helpful, and always making sure you have everything you need for a wonderful stay. I had an amazing experience, and I highly recommend this hotel—especially for those looking for a tranquil beachfront getaway in Phuket. I’d happily return!

Ali الأزواج - تقييمات مؤكدة لفندق ALL

تم حجز غرفة مع إطلالة كاملة على المحيط وتم وضعي في غرفة أقل ( إطلالة جزئية ) وذلك بسبب شركة wego وطلبت من الفندق معالجة الأمر وتم الرفض وتم التواصل مع شركة wego ولم يتم معالجة المشكلة تجربة سيئة لن أكررها لعدم تعاون الفندق ولأن الوسيط لم يكن محل الثقة ..!

Amazing stay at Novotel kamala beach. The location was stunning, with breathtaking ocean views and the relaxing sound of waves. The hotel was spotless and beautifully designed A special thanks to Kathy and the incredible staff who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The uncrowded beach offered perfect tranquility and relaxation We were near the smart bus station and for more crowded places there were patong that was near too

Clean room with balcony. Beautiful pool area. Exercise room. This property has some magnificent views of Northern Kamala Beach. Nice rooftop bar with live music on certain nights. Has a few restaurants on site and has room service available. Only downside is that it's a bit of a walk to the restaurants and bars nearby

Wonderful location and service

We stayed here for 4 nights before our catamaran charter. We picked the area due to it's relatively central location, and the Novotel for the pool units and proximity to the beach. Added bonus that it's at the end of the beach so you don't have as much foot traffic going by. We obtained some sort of GI sickness while there, on our last night (unrelated to the hotel/food). We called the front desk to ask for a doctor and they promptly called one for us who took care of us in the room. The next morning, since we'd been up all night and were supposed to check out, we asked for a late check out and they gave us a very generous check out time. They also called us late morning to ask if they could bring us anything from the breakfast buffet since they knew we weren't coming down. This thoughtfulness was the main driver for this review. Great pool and rooftop. Only ate the breakfast buffet but everything was wonderful. Concierge was helpful with our questions and with getting us a van when we asked. Only critique on the rooms - the bathroom lighting was very dim and I couldn't plug the blowdryer in anywhere where I could also see a mirror. First world problems. Honestly it was so hot outside that hair and makeup were a waste of time anyway. Bed/pillows were comfortable, robes and slippers were appreciated and loved that we could get resupply of items with the app. Thank you, Novotel Kamala Beach, for a great experience!
