Hotel staff are splendid and friendly. Mr. Net accommodated me professionally to my room. The hotel was also relaxing and the ambiance was good. I had a good stay. Everything was perfect. Also, they had an amazing breakfast buffet. A little busy at times but theyre able to accommodate me.

A Memorable Company Offsite

This is one resort you would want to visit over and over again. We chose the resort as our destination for our 2 day company offsite for 300+ employees and it will be an understatement to say that it was a roaring success! Right from the different rooms, the food (can't miss the Mango Sticky Rice), the options available to relax and unwind, and the service - everything was simply top notch. The complementary buggy rides, the lagoon boat rides with the scenic views were an icing on the cake. The entire staff at the resort were a sheer delight to engage and work with for planning the event. Special shout to Khun Widya - the Manager SPOC for our team, Khun Nit and team (Frontdesk), Khun June (Restaurant) . Cannot forget the team working round the clock behind the scenes to make everything move seamlessly - Ms Pan, Ms Warinrapat, Khun Tom & Team, Chef Mirko, Chef Jayson & team, Khun Krit & team, Khun Jan & team, and Khun Phudd & team. The entire team worked together to deliver on all of our requests to make the offsite an enjoyable one for all our colleagues. Everyone had the most amazing time and enjoyed every moment at the resort - in the pool, on the beach, or just across the resort soaking in the serenity and beauty. A big thank you to everyone. Would highly recommend for everyone!

The hotel located in bantao beach, hotel provide free shuttle bus to the closer market, you can visit night market at Friday night, the room is nice, view is amazing we are stay in the lake side room, wake up every morning is peaceful, gym is small but quite equipped with all your need.

I am very satisfied spa with the therapist Tara and the service reception Fon of this place, it is a great first experience for massage and relaxation, There are also welcome drinks and the aroma of herbs. I'll come again on the next occasion and And will recommend others to use the service.
